We went to this Dunkin Donuts this morning to get an ice coffee and another drink. We have that ice coffee coupon to use to get... a $2.00 medium ice coffee. So we tried to use their kiosk machine because they were so busy. As we were ordering I asked twodifferent people in the store for help because I had a coupon for an iced coffee drink and then also had a gift card. No one washelpful. Then after I paid with my gift card I then asked for help again because the iced coffee wasn?t $2.00 again twodifferent people couldn?t help us. They finally said well because you used the kiosk machine you should have made sure yourcoupon went through, but I asked for help before paying for our drinks. These people are unwilling to help you with anything.The lady never fixed anything and said it was our fault. This is BAD business. As a company you must honor your coupons and bewilling to help your customers. As a child whose family owns several companies I would never treat our customers as such. Because we lost power this morning, I decided to treat myself to breakfast at Dunkin. I had a fresh and yummy everything bagel... with bacon, egg and cheese. I also had a large hot tea, delicious as well. All of the workers were friendly, conscientious andefficient. As I sat and read at quiet table in the back, I was pleasantly surprised by how very clean and disinfected thislocation was! The floors were sweeped then mopped while I was there and the employees were very considerate of me. I used thebathroom and again...VERY CLEAN!!! Normally pretty good. I sat at the window waiting for the employee to hand me my donut she forgot because she was obviously... overwhelmed. Watch another employee who was on bar yell at her and try to take the orders over her. The poor girls face?.Ialmost gave her my business card to come work where I do?.we will teach you. This was one of my worst experiences at a fast food restaurant ordered one donut and two plain bagels with regular cream cheese... and veggie cream cheese they only gave me my veggie bagel and the donut they made me pay for the other one again because theythe only paid me for the veggie and donut they said very rude customer service I will never come here again Read more
They use regular sugar instead of liquid sugar in the iced coffee and we always go back and get a new one. Sugar doesn't melt... well in a cold beverage. Read more
