It is extremely crowded and group leader didn?t like that he couldn?t sing ?Chrissy Wake Up??without getting stares from other... guests. When we all returned home, we all felt the wrath of undercooked chicken, including: Group Leader, myself (GroupLieutenant), and Group Lieutenant Jake. I am quite disappointed that my favorite meal, hibachi, has been tainted by the unholywrath of my defection. Group leader is currently at wawa and would like either a refund or some toilet paper. I never write negative reviews but this one warranted it. We went to this restaurant with my buddy and his family yesterday and... he has two girls (age 11 and 13) that had never experienced hibachi before. I was so excited to be present for their first timeenjoying that and couldn't have been more disappointed. I even gave an extra $20 to the manager to give to our cook ahead oftime so he'd make it special for the girls. As we all know, hibachi involves a bit of a show (onion volcano, flipping shrimp topeople, spinning eggs, spinning knives, etc) and there was absolutely none of that. We didn't even get any sauce to dip thefood in until I repeatedly asked and a server brought it at the very end. There was nothing in the "fried rice" except butterand eggs. The whole cooking time was about 8 minutes and then he left. I was blown away. I mentioned something to themanagers by the front desk and they said they were too busy to do it any differently. I reminded them that they were the onestaking the reservations, so maybe don't take so many. Both managers/owners came up to me at the table and repeated that theywere too busy and that I didn't have to come back if I didn't want to. No disagreement there! I had gone up to the front deskto express my concerns discreetly, but coming out to the table to continue it was in seriously poor taste. Obviously got my $20back from the manager I'd originally asked to make it special. I'm sorry for the girls that that was the first hibachiexperience but I told them it could only get better from there. If you want a hibachi cook table experience, go anywhere elsebut here. First of all this is not a real hibatchi place and they need to change they're name if they're not shut down first. They... basically stole our money. I could not eat my food, only had a few bites and my stomach felt sick. The sushi smelled rotten. Igave them a chance to make it right but they only got defensive and said they're food is fresh. There is no way that is true. They still charged for all of our meals even though me and my sister only ate a few bites. I'm planning on being stuck on thetoilet later. Do not eat here. Make the extra drive to a place that actually has integrity and cares about they're buisiness andcustomers. Read more
