I swear every time I come here, the staff have some kind of attitude problem. They undercook your food and ignore you at drive... thrus while other cars? orders are being taken. You can not tell me when you made this no one notice how burnt the entire sandwich was! So much so that it was a waste of money... since it tasted the same way it looked nasty! I was hoping the new building would help but it?s just a shell still don?t care atthis location ! Also it was cold , no they were not busy there was me and one other car. I love this place great to come and just look at the beautiful view or sunset with your family. Ive never had breakfast there... but I thought it was just an ice cream place. Always visit with my kids will be going soon for breakfast. A definite go to spotin the summer and early fall. Read more
Recently I just moved to the Pottstown area. I probably visited this McDonald's about 10 times in the last month. Every single... time the food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is always very well kept in the dining room. And whether I go throughtakeout or end of the dining room everybody is very friendly. I come in a lot and get no salt fries so I'm sure secretly I amdespised. But they make them so perfect all the time. I've gone to other McDonald's where they give me mushy soggy fries becauseI don't want the salt on them but I still would like them cooked. Like I said the food's absolutely fresh and well cooked everytime I've gone. Thanks to the staff for putting up with me and my picky orders and I appreciate this restaurant doing such agood job. This isn't specific to McDonald's. This is a general pet peeve. Please triage orders more effectively. All I did was order a... large soda for curbside and it was 11 minutes and nobody brought it out. I originally arrived when the drive thru only had 2people. It got packed while I was waiting. I'm sorry but it just doesn't make sense to make the person with the leastcomplicated order to wait the longest. I had to pull up to the drive thru, wait another minute or two, and asked if I could comeinside and grab it. Was right there on the counter when I came in. If you don't want to offer curbside after 9pm, fine. Pleaseturn off the option to select it then in the app. Read more
Cold and regrettable sign says it's open inside until 11pm but door is locked before 10 and there is no sign explaining. Shame... on you! Read more
Was really looking forward to eating inside the new renovated McDonalds on Shoemaker Rd. Total let down. Hashbrowns were burnt.... Sandwiches were cold and they workers had the audacity to get upset with me when I walked in The back to ask for the rest of ourorder....which I had to do because they didn't bring it AND there was NOBODY at the front counter. There must have been 20people working in the back. I use that term very loosely. The brightside was we had plenty of time to clean the tables ourselvesfrom the previous customers. If you really don't want people in your building McDonalds just make everything drive thru. Read more
Wishing that Google would ask for 0 stars cause this place absolutely deserves it!!!!! This is the absolute LAST TIME that I... come to this location. Every time we come here, we?re waiting at most 20-30 for our food after ordering it. I also know that itdoesn?t take that long to make the food SINCE I USED TO WORK IN THE KITCHEN TO PREPARE IT. When we eventually do get our food,it?s either cold, raw or we?re missing stuff. When we came in tonight, they were hardly busy and the workers claimed that theywere.
