The manager with dark hair glasses and heavy was rude on the night of 10/9/22. I order mobile and picked it up. The food was... cold the cheese didn't melt. Fries were cold and old. Went in spoke with the manager that I just described and was RUDE!!! Shedidn't want to hear what I was saying. Screamed to the back "fresh" with attitude. I have avoided McDonald's a lot ever since the pandemic. They seemed to suffer more than other fast food places from lack of... help, especially good help. I've experienced a lot of messed up orders, rude employees and cold food. This one was the best Ihave seen in a long while. Modern, clean, spacious, efficient, and friendly. great place to take the grandkids clean and things for kids to do
Hit up the playground Saturday at lunch time and it was deserted! What a treat. More kids showed up and all were very well... behaved. Service was S L O W. Honestly waited for 10 minutes for two happy meals and a burger. My advice, hit the drive throughthen walk in. Read more
Locked out of the lobby at 945 even though the website says 11 after already placing order online and had to wait 30 mins and... spend 14.25 in gas for food. They should give out 20.00 gas cards minimum when they do this which still doesn't help with being30 mins closer to death with cold fries. Read more
What is wrong with this place? Why would anyone throw fries in the bag in this manner. Someone needs to talk to their workers.... Also not taking orders correctly. I really hope to God no one dropped my food and threw it back in the bag. Someone really wantsto get fired. Disgusting. Read more
Terrible service every time I go here. Drive thru is supposed to be open until midnight but they close whenever they feel like... it. I was there at 11:01 pm and could hear people talking through the speaker at the order screen. It was only after 8 minutesof me waiting and asking if someone could assist me and 3 more vehicles pulled up behind me that someone finally spoke throughthe speaker and told me that they close at 11. This would be fine if that were true but I've been here before at 11:45 pm andthe drive thru was still open as the drive thru closes at midnight and the dine in restaurant closes at 11 pm.
