Was never told that the lemonade I ordered was diet until I asked for something else because it tasted funny. Mozzarella sticks... fell apart when we picked them up. Tasted like they were frozen and then thawed out before being putting in the fryer. Chickenfingers and fries were just ok. Burger and fries were again just ok. I didn't feel like the food was worth what the bill was. Wetried it and learned that we weren't happy with the food. The service (the 2 woman who worked the bar and the tables) weregreat. Very helpful and very friendly. Read more

I must say I was a bit skeptical about this place when I arrived. Because I had already been turned away by three other... restaurants near by. But boy was I surprised. The atmosphere when walking in is warm and welcoming just like the staff. Not tomention the fantastic food. Their fried pickles are about the best I?ve ever had. Would totally recommend this restaurant. It?sa shame I live so far away. Read more

Wings(honey bee sting, garlic parmesan, and bbq). I do not favor absurdly hot flavors. I can't enjoy the true flavor of meal. ... Their blue cheese is fantastic, big chunks of of cheese and the taste delectable. Monday is the wings special night (50 centsa wing). The wings were of ample size, unlike a lot of restaurants in the area when they run wing specials. They didn't chargeextra for the blue cheese on Special night, another pleasing anomaly for this area. The fresh cut fries were just what theyclaimed to be. They were savory, crispy, and hot. The service was spot on. The waiter refilled my cup at least 3 times. Theambiance was quiet, dark, and relaxing. The prices were extremely reasonable. Read more

Went in for March Madness. They turned the station by our table to the Purdue Villanova game when asked and service was good the... whole time we were hanging out. Live band was good and was playing nice lineup. Not too loud, we could still talk to each otherwhich was nice. Good range of local brew and traditional beers on tap. I had a dozen BBQ wings and they were solid. Ample sauceand the skins were crispy underneath, which I like. Wife got the French Onion soup and really liked it. We split the baconcheddar ranch fries and they were definitely worth the splurge! Definitely worth a return visit. Read more

Great place that sadly is not well known. Staff are great, atmosphere is great, food is great and there is a nice selection of... beer on tap. This location has changed hands a few times over the years but I think the new owner finally has it right. Read more

My fiance and I had dinner here last night, and it was awesome! Good beer selection, food was excellent, and their prices are... competitive. A manager-looking man seated us and told us about all the new improvements they're making to the restaurant -bringing back karaoke, opening a beer garden outside, and opening the room on the left side of the building with a tapas-stylemenu. We will definitely be going back here! Read more

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star review. My boyfriend and I decided to try a new place for wings. I googled... restaurants in Pottstown and found Old Philadelphia Public House. It looked like a nice place with a huge selection on theirmenu. My boyfriend ordered two dozen wings with hot sauce. When they came out they literally looked like the bones cooked insauce. They had absolutely no meat on them. They were dry and looked as if they were cooked and reheated. His sauce was nothot and it was sweet. I ordered their build your own burger. It was just plain ground beef with no seasoning and I ordered anonion ring, bacon and pickle on top and medium well. It was the most dried out burger I have ever had. Even the onion ringwasn't any good. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I do have to give them a little credit though. The french frieswere very good and we also had the baby neck clams which were also very good but the meal as a whole was absolutely terrible. Was planning on sitting at the bar and having a few drinks but after the terrible food decided it was time to go. Read more
