Ordered pizza at 10:30, they closed at 11 but told me they were still delivering, would be about 35 minutes. 11:00 no pizza, I... called but they are now closed, so no one answers phone. 12:00 still no pizza, but my card was charged. Confirmed my phonenumber, could have at least called to tell me order could not be delivered..... Update... called next day for refund, no oneanswered all day, when you press option to talk to someone in store, but when you press option to order someone answers, butit's not the location you are calling it's a call center. Apparently they didn't have a driver the night before, but call centerdidn't know. They said they tried calling me but no one answered,when I said I had phone on me whole time, then he said theywere having trouble with their phone line. Order had been canceled and money should be refunded to my card in a couple days, but how was I supposed to know this?. This is why they shouldn't have call centers, have the workers at the actual locationhandle their own business. Read more
Let me start by first saying that my family and I love Pizza Hut products, however, this last experience was not a good one. I... placed a mobile order and the app said that the order would be ready in 20 minutes. I got to the store and let the store knowthrough the app that I was there for curbside pickup. Waited an extra 10 minutes and still no one came out. So I went in andhere the food was in the waremer and had apparently been in there awhile. I placed the order for curbside for a reason.Annoying that I had to go in. Also, we were excited to try the new Pizza Hut Melts. Got them home and found that they wereWAYYYY overdone! They TASTED good, albeit way too crunchy and overdone! Another issue we had was that two of our kids are in thePizza Hut Bookit Program where they read to get free personal pan pizzas. They wanted to redeem their coupons for their freepizzas today, and they were "OUT OF" personal pan pizzas! Again! The second time in a few weeks! How is that even a thing?? Comeon Pizza Hut! This place is a joke. Ordered, an hour and half goes by. They don?t answer, I get a call center which is useless then a grub hub... delivery notification. They also never deliver the food. Pizza Hut is a joke, never ordering from this or any Pizza Hut again smh Read more
Was waiting over an hour for the food. Called and complained about the wait and they said it was out for delivery. Come to find... out that the delivery driver didn?t have a phone so she was unreachable and was driving without a gps. No wonder it was takingso long. She didn?t know where she was going. The manager basically said they?re hiring anyone who applies because they?re sodesperate for workers and that he?ll probably have to let the delivery driver go after this incident. Great food. We order 3-4 times a week. They are always so nice. Glad to see a Pizza hut still around.
A friend and I ordered a stuffed crust sausage pizza from this location. The pizza did not look cheesy at all and the dough was... too thin. The manager had an attitude and slammed the register closed when we asked for a refund. We also ordered cheesy breadsticks they were delicious though. Read more
I ordered from there LAST NIGHT pizza had more sauce than cheese and two orders of breadsticks weren?t cooked at all. I called... to complain and the employee just gave me attitude to get me off the phone. I don?t know why they are still in business whenthey have people in there who don?t know what they?re doing. Ordered my pizza at 5:15 PM, when it became 6:30 PM I called the local store to ask where my food was. The employee I spoke said... it should be there soon. When I complained about the time to deliver the food, I was told it was because of Door Dash. When Itold the employee I wouldn't use Door Dash anymore the employee stated that they weren't doing anymore deliveries today and hungup. Read more
