The people who work there are rude and incompetent. I ordered online and had to wait over half an hour. I finally went in and my... order was waiting there but now cold. No apologies. Then I found that they got my order wrong. From start to finish, it was ahorrible experience. This is literally the worst fast food I?ve ever been to and I?ve been to some in the worst parts of Philly that were better.... Staff straight up ignores you and when they finally acknowledge you they?re rude. I?ve been here I think 4 times total hoping itwould change and it?s been the same way every single time.
