The people who work there are rude and incompetent. I ordered online and had to wait over half an hour. I finally went in and my... order was waiting there but now cold. No apologies. Then I found that they got my order wrong. From start to finish, it was ahorrible experience. This is literally the worst fast food I?ve ever been to and I?ve been to some in the worst parts of Philly that were better.... Staff straight up ignores you and when they finally acknowledge you they?re rude. I?ve been here I think 4 times total hoping itwould change and it?s been the same way every single time. Very kind and helpful staff. The one with the rainbow mask working tonight was very patient with my questions, and very kind... when I changed my mind about my drink. This place has been hit or miss on service for the past year, often miss. Today, I waited in the drive thru line for 20min. No... one so I pulled up to the window and the lady said go inside. Once I get inside, there are several customers waiting inside.The manager or whoever come inside and says everyone has to go through the drive thru, they?re closing the inside. 100% of the time they forget something from my mobile order. The last straw was when I sent my husband to do the pick up and... HALF of the items were left off! Then, half of what we received was disgusting like it was sitting in the oil too long and roomtemperature at best. I went here over the weekend on break from work. Nobody knew what they were doing. My order was wrong. There was no... professionalism. I mean I know it?s Popeyes but come on. I didn?t eat my food. I asked for a refund and the new manager said I?dhave to call my card to get a refund. I told her no that?s not true. This location has really improved, it used to be terrible, I stopped going because the staff was so slow, unprofessional and... unorganized. I came in yesterday and it was a complete turnaround. Staff was fast, attentative and friendly. Good job! Foodof course is always ???? Read more
