I have ordered here several times bc it?s the only one up on this area. They need to desperately get another one bc it?s... horrible. The don?t cut the lettuce right and you get huge pieces and the middle parts. Ham is not cut right. It?s just not goodand the service is slow! Read more
Just wish it was easier to get into and had larger salads. It's in the food court so it's not the easiest to just swing in for... takeout lunches everyday. And the salads are half Portioned Compared to what you would get a restaurant for the same price. Alltogether good salads but a little expensive for the size given. Read more
I love saladworks but this location was disappointing. Amount of food was 1/2 what I get at other locations and customer service... wasn't helpful when there was an error with the receipt. Read more
Disappointed. my family and I were looking for food and wanted something healthy, so we ordered here a classic Greek salad and a... mediterranean grill chicken salad. We asked if there was no lettuce on the romaine and the worker said no. As soon as wereceived the lettuce we were disappointed as the worker lied and later said it was mixed with lettuce, also the salad lookednothing like the pictures and it looked and tasted more like the school salad and boy is it gross. To make matters worse we paid22 dollars for those two abominations. Truly if I could rate this 0 stars I would. Please beware. Read more
Dressing needs to be mixed in when making a wrap, not just drizzled over. I used to work at a saladworks and this one needs more... training on listening to customers as they are ordering. Read more
White lettuce galore with a few small chunks of chicken for the low low price of $9.95. And I was dumb enough to pay an extra... $1.95 for some black avocado. Never again! I wish I could add the pics. Read more
If you're already in the Outlets and want something not terrible for you (but equally as disappointing) I guess this place could... be an option. Mostly lettuce and they don't mix the ingredients for your wrap in a bowl prior to wrapping it like any otherSaladworks I've ever been too. Wrap was also stale but won't hold that against them.
