Workers threatening to remove me from the store (as a paying customer) and telling their co workers to 'hurry up and get her out... of here' is not what I expected when visiting the Starbucks at the Philadelphia Premium outlets locations. Not only was Iunsatisfied with the product, I was completely dissatisfied with the service of the employees. Especially the barista namedKelly. I hope that a higher up would reach back to me at their earliest convenience to resolve the matter. Read more

This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff is always polite and they always make my drinks exactly right.

Been here so long I'm about ready to abandon my order. Slow slow slow. Here's an idea don't take so many orders that you have... trouble filling them. It's not worth the wait. Read more

I placed my entire order through the mobile app. Upon entering the store I realized my drinks were sitting empty on the counter.... I spoke with Kayla who had let me know they were out of lemonade. I let her know that the app still allowed me to place theorder and that they should change it so they don?t run into the same issue. Kayla was wonderful and pleasant as well as helpful.She replaced my drinks with different ones and they were made perfect. I also ordered a muffin which they were also out of. Ispoke with Taylor who had an attitude off the bat regarding my order. I explained to her that they did not have my entire orderand that they should also flag that they did not have blueberry muffins. She huffed at me and made a side ?I?m sorry?. I thenasked the front register young lady to refund me for the muffin. The entire time Taylor had an attitude as she continued toargue with me about placing the order through the app and that it was probably in my favorites which it was not and I alsoexplained that twice. I asked for her name and she said Taylor and I?m the store manager so what?s the issue. The store waspretty full so instead of making a scene I just said I was just wondering. She then got louder and said like I said I?m thestore manager and my card is behind you, what?s the issue? I then thanked the young lady for refunding my drink and also thankedthe girls for remaking my drinks and left. I will be reaching out to corporate regarding how their store managers treatcustomers. Also I am pretty sure is the managers job to make sure that things they do not have are taken off of the menu and areunable to be ordered. She also was worried about re-organizing the food instead of helping the young ladies making the drinkswho were clearly behind and had almost 10 people waiting. Hopefully writing this review will initiate some kind of changes atthis location as this is the only location I?ve had an issue with. Read more

Another Starbucks and another review. I've lost count of how many Starbucks reviews I've written now. Anyway like all Starbucks... stores worldwide. It sells coffee. Lots of coffee. A good selection of the stuff too. At the usual Starbucks prices. Anyway, thecoffee is decent. The selection is decent. The staff as always are polite and friendly. The store is clean and tidy. In allhonesty, I can't fault the place. They had what I wanted and that was all I needed. Read more

Staff are very nice and friendly but coffee is not so good. Ordered brown sugar oat milk latte which is suppose to have 3 shots.... But it had too much milk, I couldn?t taste any coffee. Read more

I love getting my drinks from there . Always fresh and fast to make ( Highly Recommended )
