I was there a few days ago and I was using my Google pay for the first time and did not know how to use it. I asked the girl... behind the counter and she just quietly said "I have Apple pay" and I said "okay, where do I scan it?" And she said to me again"like I said, I have Apple pay so I don't know what to tell you" so I proceeded to try and figure it out and luckily I got itand she seemed super annoyed with her arms crossed and impatient with me and there were only a couple people behind me. Insteadof having that attitude, she could have said "this is what I do with my Apple pay maybe try that." She continued to speak veryquietly and acted like she didn't care about any of the customers there. This generation is so lazy and pathetic it's reallysad. Says they are open online. When you arrive they have signs saying they close at 10am! Not a one off.. we are talking all week... long. Not sure what staffing catastrophe they?ve got going on over there, but this is absurd. Read more
This Starbucks location is really convenient when you're looking to go shopping at the Target it's attached to. It offers all... the normal menu options and a fair selection of merchandise like ground coffee and reusable mugs. Unfortunately, this locationdoesn't support using the Starbucks app to order ahead, while the standalone location at the other end of the parking lot does.This location doesn't have tables any longer, while the standalone location at the other end of the parking lot does. (Thecouple tables and seats were removed when the pandemic started and Target installed some shelves for staging their curbsidepickup and Starbucks never got the tables and seats back.) I'm the end, if you're in Target already, this location isconvenient and had what you want. Read more
Usually i wouldn't bother with this but it was just so terrible. I ordered 2 drink, one was a large white mocha, they put the... wrong flavor in & it had whipped... the other iced caramel cream cold brew with 2 shots espresso. There was no caramel noespresso & tasted like the milk had gone bad :/ Read more
Good customer service, fast, delicious, AND the kindest people attend this one in particular, we had our coffees paid for by... the person infront of us, so we paid for the next person, and I only hope everyone kept it going! Starbucks is usually alwaysvery clean, quaint, just gotta watch that pricing but that's not exactly all Starbucks' fault. Read more
I love the employees and the store but today November 4, 2021, was the release date of the new cups and all the store had was... maybe 5 out of 10 to 12 cups. Starbucks needs to do better getting all the cups to the stores on time and the day of the release Read more
