Felt like a criminal picking up my online paid order

The guy who made sandwiches, was talking on phone and wasn't listening to what I was saying. They dont have sub of the day... specials. Online it is a participating store for buy 2 get one free but the guy didnt tell me about it. Never going there ever. Read more

This Subway is just another location in a franchise you know and love. As such, there's no real "killer feature" that sets this... one apart from the rest. It's conveniently located in Upland Square shopping center near Giant, Bed, Bath, and Beyond, AMCTheater, and Target. At Subway, you know what to expect on the menu and you know what kinds of prices you'll see. A greatlocation to stop at if you're in the mood for Subway fare, and a short walk to Kiwi for a frozen yogurt dessert, if that's yourkind of thing, or several great stores if you're in a shopping mood. We travel every 3 months and Subways are one of the places we usually eat at along the way. Both my wife and I agree this is the... best one we have eaten at and Hiten Patel is an awesome manager. Even though the portions dont always overload the sandwich itsvery balanced and always tastes so fresh. The bread has been well baked and the meat very tender after toasting. The veggieshave been fresh & full of color. The place has been kept very clean each time we visit. It deserves more than 5 stars. Excellent customer service. Mr. Hiten Patel is a great person indeed. Moreover, he always remembers my order and ask me for that... before I ask. I believe this is the most clean store I have ever visited. Both husband and wife are providing excellent servicewith making wonderful tasty subs and by maintaining friendly relation. ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN! I was charged $19.10 for a single meal. Once given the total I tapped my card, and a different total... came up on the screen because the cashier had given herself a four dollar tip. When I questioned it, she ignored me and walkedinto the back room. Completely shameful way of running a business. I will never return to this location. Read more
