We like Wayback and are there a few times a month!! Their burgers are our go to, but we've also had their chicken sandwiches... (both Buffalo and regular) and their buffalo chicken fingers. Wayback Burgers is pretty good. It was my first time there. Their fries are just average, but I will stay with 5 stars because I... can probably choose something else. Their shakes are a respectable $6.00, but it's a quality shake. I had chocolate with whippedcream on top. I like Wayback burgers because they actually cook it right there and it's good size patties. The meat is tasty,the bread is fresh and cooked nicely and cheese is melted nicely. I'm willing to pay a little more for a burger that is cookedproperly and is quality meat. This whole one handed glove thing isn?t it. Your handle money, touching the registers and everything else? Your touching all... over the paper my burger is going to lay in the paper with no glove it defeats the purpose of wearing a glove when holding myfood. Your ungloved germs will get on my sandwich. My first time ordering from here and I had it delivered. The food came fast and it was hot and fresh. Very tasty meal.
Staff was quick, friendly and helpful. Burgers, tots and onion rings were fine. The milkshake was not. Chocolate milkshakes... should be made with chocolate ice cream... Not vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup. Do yourself a favor and skip themilkshake. It's not worth the money. Frozen lie in a cup. Read more

Had this been my first experience with a Jake?s way back I can assure you I would never return. I placed an order for my family... this evening and ordered 5 burgers. One of the burgers was lacking all toppings and any sauce (it was an impossible melt withmushrooms, and believe it or not without the aioli this plant based burger is absolutely inedible). We also ordered a way backclassic with mushrooms that also did not have any mushrooms on it. We understand times are difficult and keeping stock ischallenging but to just omit an ordered topping without so much as a heads up is pretty terrible customer service. The Frenchfries received were cold and soggy ( the order was picked up on time), and the chili on the chili fries (we wanted to give thema chance) was absolutely repulsive. I didn?t necessarily want to leave a huge public review about how awful our experience was,but the corporate website for feedback is absolutely unusable (you can?t submit your feedback).McDonalds would have been less ofa disappointment, at least I expect barely edible. We get from this Wayback Burgers at least once a week. My absolute favorite is the Impossible Melt with extra onions and... mushrooms. I eat meat but love the way this burger taste. It?s outta this world. The employees work fast and our order isalways ready 5 minutes before the pickup time. Definitely try this location and the ?Impossible Melt?. Read more
