I came in at 11:50pm on Monday night, ten minutes before close, and I was still taken care of with an exceptional level of... customer service. I know I would have been annoyed if It was me finishing my shift and trying to close the restaurant late atnight. It's kinda gross inside, theres flies everywhere, I'm not even joking when I say this but two flies were literally mating on the... counter in front of me while I was ordering. It's really slow most days, some days it's better but it's still not the fastest.Most of the people that work there are kinda rude, I dont blame them for being in a bad mood working at a Wendy's but like, itdoesnt make me feel the best. Also I've had my food stolen from a delivery person before but that wasn't really on the Wendy's,idk what happened that day. Manager on Monday evening, labor day, needs to be fired or re-trained. Super rude, refused to take my $100 bill, then they mess... up my order for the 10th time in 3 months. I worked in the fast food industry it's very stressful , if you can't handle that I'msure there's someone who'd love and appreciate the that job. Snobby know-it-all type of attitude both times. Gave up on drive thru after waiting 15 min. Luckily the jerk in front of me didnt move all the way up after his order and I... couldnt order but had enough! Honked horn 3x to get him to move up and I pulled out. Walked in (bad leg and all) and the placewas like a zoo behind the counter..no one seemed to know what they were doing. I took my daughter in because she wanted a special lunch. We made the mistake of going right around noon. There was a long... drive-thru line so we decided to go inside. There were four people in line ahead of us & it took about 20 minutes to even placeour order. We watched 3 people leave because it was taking so long. Went to this location.next to the Pottstown Walmart and I was very very disgusted. We go in and the register was down so we... couldn't order right away. We finally order and the hardly had any soda in the machine. My fries were dark and cold. And to topit off, I had hair in my burger. And I swear all they did was take the hair out and give me back the same burger. There was aload of trash on the floor in the food prep area and overflowing trash cans. This place should be highly ashamed. The hair inthe food should Warrent a health department visit alone. I will NEVER be eating at this location again. Previously, 4 months ago, I left a scathing review of this place. Needless to say, my experience was beyond horrible for a... number of reasons. However, I have since deleted that review in favor of this one. This Wendy's has since Seen The Light!!! Whata wonderful transformation that has taken place here. I Door Dash and regularly frequent this place for pickups. It has changedcompletely for the better. The entire management and crew now seem to genuinely care about the level of customer service,accuracy of orders and most importantly, us, the customers and delivery partners! Thank you. A special kudos to the gentleman atthe front counter, (I think his name is Charles.) You will definitely know him by his booming voice and welcoming demeanor. Thisman knows how to work the front counter and take care of HIS customers. To the owner, this entire crew needs to be kept on boardand compensated for their competence and level of care.
