Just got take out and the food is thoroughly cooked. The hot wings were soft, mushy and void of sauce. The pizza is doughy and... very greasy. We had to cook everything when we got home. Please drive across 61 to Pizza Hut, it has to be better! Read more
Well I'm not really rating the quality of the food on this experience because I was delivered the wrong Pizza. However the... customer service afterwards and the ability to get my refund was quite easy and they were very professional about it so that'swhy I gave four stars. Pizza was about 20 minutes past the pick up time indicated when ordered and went past the 2 min mark for curbside. But hey, i... get it places are short staffed. Scored a free pizza out of it but only good for 7 days. Pasta primavera a little slim onsauce. Salads are mostly lettuce. But the pizza is tasty, so I would get it again. Average fast food pizza. We placed our order for delivery at 6:45, and my husband had to drive in at 11pm, because there was no indication if it was... ready. Not one person offered to refund us for the delivery fee, or tried to make it right. We were also missing dipping saucesfrom our order. This will be our last time. Ordering online/on the app can be a bit tricky for food allergy folks. In the special request section, it's only things to check... off, not an area to type in your allergens, dislikes, etc. It took about 15 minutes from ordering until we walked in to get ourorder. We were going to take it home, but my vegan/gluten-free Pacific veggie pizza had a bit of an error on it. Corey & theyoung lady working this evening were very pleasant. I told Corey that I usually call after placing the order to confirm my foodallergies, but I forgot. He had no problem redoing the pizza at all! He was so kind & understanding. He said that they really dotry to keep the food separate for food allergy folks. like myself separate. It's good to know that there are some kind peopleout there in the food service business that cares. Corey promptly remade this delicious pizza for me! It's always nice to betreated kindly, as sometimes that doesn't happen when there are mishaps with ordering food that I can have at restaurants. I'vebeen getting the Pacific Veggie pizza modified to a vegan & gluten-free version for a few years, now. My husband got the pastabowl with mushrooms, beef, & alfredo & said how delicious it was. We would have gotten the cinnamon twists with the apple dip,but they were out of the apple dip. We found out that I could have the apple dip, so I was going to dip fruit in it orsomething.
