What are they thinking? No registers and people to order your food anymore. Just one single computer screen for all customers... to use. No cash only cards. The line was out the door. Ordered a frozen chocolate with whipped cream, which so far tastes ok. However, the sausage, egg and cheese croissant tasted... like the smell of pine sol!! I'm assuming someone touched the food with the same gloved hands they cleaned with! Yuck! What adisappointment! I definitely won't be back to order any food here. Read more
Very disappointed that they feel the need to eliminate full service on the inside! I took my very independant 87 yr old Mother... for breakfast this morning after blood work and was greeted by a mandatory Kiosk and no cash payment allowed. In trying toassist her with the order I myself became very agitated and aggregated! If I wanted to work at DD I could apply. I realize thisis becoming the norm know matter where you go but really, the area is still a majority of seniors who have supported thisfacility since it was first established. Apparently, this does not matter. Or, are you perhaps just catering to the youngergeneration who eat, sleep and breath the fast pace technology of today's society. Why can't there be an option? I had gone through the drive through in order to get an iced decaf coffee. When I placed the order it was entered as a regular... iced coffee. At the window I noticed the mistake and asked about it. I was assured it was decaf. I explained that I needed decafbecause the amount of caffeine in a regular causes panic attacks for me. Again I was assured, that the woman making the drinkshad heard, and my coffee was actually decaf. I?m currently sitting on the side of the road having taken medication for a panicattack. I am a fan! Lines can be long hut service is fast. This location has kiosks that allow you to place an order but use the app!... Everything tends to be fresh. Occasionally you will get old doughnuts but it is rare. Service is amazing! Read more
Staff is always friendly and upbeat at the drive thru. They are rather fast at getting you through. The only thing that keeps... from a full 5 stars, they don't put your cream cheese on your bagel. Read more
Kiosk orders with credit only sucks. Not keeping donuts stocked up..and all the good ones are limited time onlys and time was... up. Cant get human interaction xat the counter anymore. Sad world. Ill go to giant for my donuts..much fresher there anyway.. Read more
