Had to give 1 star just to post a review. Manager outside smoking while I wait for my order... ordered an hour before and still... wasn't ready. Was told it would take 5 more minutes ended up waiting 15 more minutes. Never again!!!!! Wanted 2 pies with aslittle sauce and it was as if they put as much sauce as possible. Couldn't eat it. ???? Terrible management. Ordered contactless delivery and everything paid for including tip upon order. Delivery driver did not... leave order and drove back to store and then back to my home with same food even with contacts to store/driver after almost 40min. Food cold. Denied refund by management. I ordered because I had a coupon. I will pay a little more somewhere elsegladly over the terrible service. Read more
I?ve never written a review in my life before but omg. I ordered 3 marinara sauces in totally for my order. I didn?t get a... single one. How does one not even provide a single marinara at least for breadsticks! I called and the employees said okay wewill send our driver right back making it sound like we would get the marinaras in a timely manner. Now 50 min later, food iscold, and still no marinaras. I?ve worked in the food industry for years now and it is not that hard to give good customerservice and make sure customers get EVERYTHING they ordered the first time, especially since I paid for the extra sauces. Was the worst stuffed pizza and wings I have ever had . It?s a shame because it was $60 worth of food we ate one slice of pizza... and ended up throwing the whole entire pie away because it was that bad. We took one bite of the wings and it was also very badso we ended up throwing that down the drain as well. There goes our $60 worth of food.
