3 in our party, Bourbon Salmon was good, Grilled Salmon was undercooked, BarBQ Pork was not the best. Salad bar was really... good. Thought we would try again, everyone has a bad day. This time, we were sat quickly but it took 20 minutes for a serverto come to our table. We ordered our dinners (party of 6 which 1 was 2 yrs old). 40 minutes after we ordered, waitress cameout and said they were out of the meal 2 of our party ordered. Really? 40 minutes? Well she went to get menus again but satsome tables before she returned with menus. We had to ask to have the 2 year olds meal brought out. Ugh, regardless of theowner's response, I doubt it will get better. Read more
Literally the worse dining experience I've ever had. I've never left no tip before, but this was the first time. The server... NEVER came around, food was served cold, and wasn't cooked very well, asked for water at the table 3 times, and never got it,waited over an hour just to finally see the server to ask for the check, and there was maybe 12 people in the entire restaurant!Will never go back to this Ruby Tuesday again! Wonderful service from start to finish. Excellent food, our meals were cooked to perfection and served piping hot, perfect... timing too. Salad bar was as fresh as could be just like in the commercials! We had the best server ever and her name was RachelM.. ask for her. Their restrooms were probably the cleanest we?ve ever seen out of all the places we?ve ever been, almost likethe place was just built. If I could rate them TEN STARS I most definitely would. Great food! Had plenty to bring home. Added the salad bar and enjoyed the choices they had that day. Our waitress was very... attentive. Coming over several times to check on us and to see if we needed anything. Really good restaurant with good people.Even as we were entering a gentleman on break in the corridor politely got up to open the door for us. Read more

Tables were sticky and dirty. The food you could tell was microwaved and not cooked fresh at all. The bourbon chicken my son... ordered was definitely not like the picture in the menu. It was a small skinny piece of chicken breast with a lot of gravy on itand if it didn?t come with two sad sides he would?ve starved with that order. The baked potato was hard and overcooked and thebutter frozen. The chicken tenders were over cooked and burnt. Definitely not worth what was paid. Waited over 2 hours for our food and service was not good. First, our sever dropped our food and we had to wait longer for it.... We waited over an hour for our food to come back out. We even asked if we could get a discount off of our meal but we weren?tallowed. There was no offerings for any discounts. Finally we were able to get free salad bar after waiting an hour and thirtyminutes. Our food came out and the ribs were dry and over cooked. My mash potatoes were plain and there was hair in my food. Theribs were very over cooked and were like leather. They also messed up the food order. I heard they messed up someone else?sorder as well. The food was overpriced and wasn?t worth it.
