They killed it! The $12 dollar meal that is! Wow I'm a big Wendy's fan but not this location. Fries grease soaked smelled like... old oil. Dave double burger dry while the bun was stale on the outside and soggy on the inside. Lemonade was great! Well thelittle I got 3/4 cup of ice. Read more
We didn't get our food for almost 30 minutes and it was the wrong order as was the case with the 2 customers in front of us.... They are getting a 2 star rating for service because at least the young guy at the register was really nice. All in all adisastrous visit and it will be the last one. Read more
The soda machine needs to be checked because the sodas we got tasted weird. The food was not too great but not bad, one bin was... half frozen still. The service was really kind and it was super busy, maybe it was an off day. Read more
I can't say the food was bad, but the Pretzel Pub burger was not how it was advertised. They used yellow American cheese instead... of Munster, not even a sprinkle of fried onions and too much sauce. I was disappointed because it didn't taste like it shouldhave. I'll try one at a different store to see if it's made with the right ingredients. Read more

Every respectable and straightforward with solutions. They did not have enough nuggets ready to go for my order. However, they... did offer a replacement of the different style nuggets or asked if I would mind waiting. Very fast service. They managed to geteverything right unlike most of the chains I've gone to. Read more
Food was okay, however the service itself was absolutely appalling. The manager came out telling people laughing that an... employee was eating frosty mix out of the coolers. Waited almost 30 minutes for my food as other employees were throwing friesdown coworkers shirts and fooling around. Do NOT recommend to anyone. Read more
Was completing DoorDash order. Went to enter lobby as instructed on DD but lobby was locked. Called the restaurant and employee... who picked up was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Also watched a male employee (red hat and striped gray polo) walk into therestaurant and behind the counter from smoking with a cigarette still in mouth and began preparing food. Did not see him take itout. Terrible experience from the staff. Arrived at the store at 10:03 waiting for food in drive through until 10:44. I couldhear the employees yelling and cursing at each other through the drive through window. Absolutely terrible experience from theemployees at this location. Reported to DoorDash and Wendy?s as well. Read more
