We came in town for the 5k. I had multiple recommendations to go to Wheel so it was on our list. Cool little spot on the corner.... Sat at the bar. I liked the made to order menu. We all loved the bacon bombs. I love places with fresh cut fries. Sandwich wasvery good. We chatted with the manager for a bit who was really nice as was the rest of the staff. My boyfriend and I tried the Wheel last weekend. It was DELICIOUS! The staff was also super friendly and attentive. We also got... the crab fries and they were SO GOOD. Only a half order is needed, they're a big portion! Our sandwiches were amazing and we aredefinitely planning on going back again soon. Highly recommend! ???? Read more
Todays visit left much to be desired. Our burgers were incredibly salty and overcooked - way too much salt & pepper! The crabby... fries appetizer didn?t come out until after we were finished with our meals, even though we ordered them before putting in ourgrilled cheese burger orders. The fries were thrown together undercooked and not worth anywhere close to $13. I ordered a sideof zucchini and it barely covered the bottom of the dish - it could?ve been eaten in one bite the portion was so small. Ourwaitress was nice but didn?t attempt to make their wrongs right. There?s a crate on the table with straws, napkins, etc. in it,and the napkins had grease on them from previous customers - GROSS! Had to ask for a drink refill. Then we felt rushed to leavebecause they wanted to close. I used to really like this place because it was good when it first opened. I still like the menuselections, unique ordering style and the ambiance of the restaurant, but everything else here has truly gone downhill big time.Totally not worth $56.85 for two sandwiches, soup, fries and soda?plus a $12 tip. Given our awful experience today, we have nodesire to visit again anytime soon. Read more
Great service, friendly atmosphere and loved the decor. Ordering was easy and unique with the menus. Great selection of choices... for the grilled cheese. I had pepperjack and cheddar with banana peppers, bacon and red onion on sourdough, my lady had whiteItalian bread with American cheese, bacon and tomatoes. We split an order of crabby fries, that real crab was used in... don'tfind many of those these days. A bit pricey, but the quality and selection make it worth every dime. We will definitely beback.
