Gave this place a second chance and here is a second 0 star rating! Once again. Out of stock of various items. Compared to other... chipotles the servings are smaller than usual. The store considering how new it is, is quite filthy. Wait times have improvedbut still delayed for pick up orders. This time my gf got sick and I had a very upset stomach. I will never return. No point ineven asking for a refund as they offer discount voucher for future orders. Please go to salsa Fresca, it?s walking distance fromthe chipotle. It?s very Delicious. Much friendlier and respectable staff. Cleaner store and decent portions. I still preferchipotle over salsa Fresca but this location kills the chipotle name. Omg. My Stomach is in so much pain. I ordered a burrito here on Friday and didn't get any sleep Saturday night. The meat... definitely must've been under cooked. There were like three people working on Friday at lunch time. Really long line. Iunderstand the place is new but I never expected to get sick from eating here. I made an order from UberEats. I got there and found out they are crazy today, they closed like an hour ago. I tried to show the... staffs, who were cleaning but they didn't give a f, kept pointing to the sign. I tried to cancel on the app but I had to pay forfull price to cancel. I had to call UberEats customer support to cancel my order without fee. I understand that you not gonnaknow that you would have a power outage today but you should have someone to help customers who already made an order. Thecustomer service was horrible. We picked uber eats pick up because we know people are short staffed and it might take a littlelonger to finish orders, we get that. But you shouldn't take people's money without even giving them the courtesy to talk tosomeone. Never returning again. Read more

Went on a Saturday before close. The staff was still making sure everything was fresh and good quality, as if we I went when... they just opened for the day. The girl that made my burrito was super nice, and the night crew worked well. I was concerned ongoing to this spot as the reviews aren?t great but it?s seems that?s for Togo orders or something. So this is my second time getting food from here and honestly, the portion that is given for the price is ridiculous. I had... gotten a chicken bowl with brown rice which was one scoop not even. Placed online order. I know they are busy since it?s a new store. Pickup time was for 6:30pm. I showed up 20 mins late and still... had to wait an additional 30 mins!! Went for the first time today, Im a vegetarian, so I ordered a Veggie Burrito bowl for pick up. Got my bag, got home, upon... opening the bag I saw the sticker that had my order on it was correct, but when I opened to bowl I discovered theres either beefit pork in it, so I cant eat it. I tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. I cant go back to the store to get arefund because I cant drag my toddler back out this late. Very frustrated and dissatisfied, probably wont be returning. EDIT:100% will not be returning. Upon my complaint, I asked for a refund and was offered a BOGO coupon.
