Clean Great service Kids had a blast
The atmosphere was great, clean, and friendly. The food was pretty good but very expensive. We paid almost $40 for 2 orders of... wings and they only gave us 12 wings total. When I questioned the kitchen staff about it she said that 6 wings is one order ofwings. I just looked it up online and see that 1 order of wings should have been 10 wings. We got jipped on this one and theywere small so I don't recommend them not worth the price $18/ order plus tax. Game play is worth it though. Overall, we spentabout $160 total for about 3hrs. Today was very fun for my kids. Staff were friendly. One staff member even tried to win my daughter a bouncy ball. The place was... very clean. Pizza was yummy. Everything was so worth it. The only thing that we really missed out on was Chuck E. coming out tosee the kids. My son is 5 and was really looking forward to that part. He has been to the Chuck E. Cheese in Latham, so he knewwhat to expect even this time. Maybe he doesn?t come out in the earlier afternoon?It just really would of made the experienceperfect. I came because I?m really interested in the history and all of old Charles E, but I had a surprisingly good time with a friend!... While we weren?t really the demographic (13) we still had a lot of fun! I?m sure from a parents point of view they might notenjoy it as much, and all of the machines were sorta greasy from all the kids with pizza hands. The staff handled the littlebuggers really well and were quick to do what they had to do without getting stressed. Some of the machines were out of orderwhen we came, but they were fixed by the quick staff through the night. Some of the decorations were outdated, but it gives amuch more nostalgic and charming experience. Fun for friends and family! Read more
A nice place to entertain the kid(s) for a while. Fairly clean and the games are in good repair. Surprisingly good pizza, plus... beer (limit of two servings per adult) and coffee (instant and decaf) are available. Friendly staff and ample parking. Read more
This has been our go to Chuck E Cheese for a while. If what we are hearing is true we won't be going back. We heard the full... animatronic band is being taken out and replaced with an interactive dance floor. That is not what the kids want. The band isthe main attraction. We were there last week and a lot of games were not working and no tech to fix them. Read more
