The place is good. The cheesecake ice cream did not have much cheesecake flavor. Service was very fast and efficient
Ordered 3 pints. Ingredients were missing from 2 pints. The Apple Pie a LA Coldstone should have Apple pie filling,Graham... Cracker crust, cinnamon & caramel... only had Apple pieces & cinnamon. The Pints weren't Pints,the ice cream was way too soft(even after sitting in our freezer overnight) It was like soup & tasted stale. $32.00 ! Some nerve. Years ago Coldstone was great.... Only gave 1 star because 0 isn't an option. My lady and I both ordered "Peanut Butter Perfection." She got a 'small' and I got a... 'medium.' The young lady made them at the same time. She gave us ONE (1) peanut butter cup, a 1/2 TEASPOON of peanut butter, anda pitiful amount of chocolate topping to SHARE. FOR $15!!!! We stopped here for a late night dessert after rounding out my husband's birthday dinner. We both got one of the standard... combinations but I switched out almonds for an almond joy. I was disappointed that the almond Joy was not broken up and I foundit at the end of my serving in one large unchunked up piece. I would have preferred to have it broken up into smaller pieces butthis was in keeping with watching them prepare servings for the people ahead of us. It didn't seem like they spent much timebreaking up the extras into the ice cream. It definitely was not to the caliber I remember from the local marble ice cream mixin place of my childhood. The bathroom was a one person and appeared to be the only one there. So after only a short time ofbeing in there someone was already knocking to get in. It was generally clean but I was suspicious about how clean consideringhow busy they were and how close to closing it was so this was definitely a squatter. There was a touchless paper toweldispenser, a hand dryer, and soap dispenser which was not touchless. They did have the garbage can next to the door so I coulduse my paper towel to open the handle without having to be a basketball star to throw it away and not on the floor. I would peehere again. Ice cream was good. The new apple pie pumpkin of my eye flavor was horrible no pumpkin taste at all. Didn't seem like the... freezers were working correctly the ice cream was super soft. The kids had a fun time watching them make there flavor and mixin the toppings. It was ok but not as good as when they first opened. Could speed up the experience and service time bygiving the staff a cheat sheet for making the new flavors Read more
I?ve only eaten from here once but I have picked up from here for door dash millions of times. These girls that worked this... Friday night were amazing. I mean they always are when I go in there. The customer service and speed is amazing. They definitelyhold that place down. Read more
The two young ladies working Friday October 28th at 10pm were so lovely. They greeted everyone that came into the store... professionally, offered samples if requested, and did their jobs efficiently. It was such a pleasant experience for an out oftowner like myself and my friend. Will definitely visit again. Read more
