Ordered on the website. They have a way of tracking your order and where the driver goes like on doordash or Uber eats. Watched... the driver never come near my location and go straight back to the restaurant after dropping off another order. Suddenly thewebsite says order delivered. Called the store to see what happened and they claimed that because I didn't answer when hecalled, he brought the food back to the restaurant. This makes no sense seeing as I prepaid and he could have just left theorder outside, they have contactless delivery. I checked my phone and no one tried to call. Nothing was blocked and there wereno voicemails left. If I didn't answer why didn't he leave a voicemail. Finally brings my food a half an hour after I wassupposed to receive it, then stares at me like he's going to actually receive a tip. So it took an hour to get my pizza whichwas lukewarm. The pizza had toppings that I didn't order and they brought the wrong drink. I wouldn't order from here again ifmy life depended on it. I paid $30 without a tip to receive my pizza an hour late, cold, and with toppings I didn't ask for onit. Read more
We order from here often because I work late and it's one of the few places open. My order's never been wrong. The staff has... always been pleasant, but I do notice they always seem understaffed. I can relate and know how stressful that can be. Especiallyon a Friday and Saturday night. I feel for these employees that are constantly running around trying to get everyone's ordersready because ai have literally never seen this store slow. There's always a minimum of 5 cars outside waiting for their orderseven at midnight. Hang in there guys ???? Read more
I ordered a large chicken pizza and got very little chicken in it. They shouldn?t skimp with the ingredients. Disappointed.
First time I ordered from this location it was horrible. Order was all wrong and pizza was half burnt. Decided to try again and... it turned out 100%. Not sure if they got a new employee or something but night and day difference. The two working today wereextremely nice and professional. Read more
I first ordered at lunch time, around 12 or so. Immediately received a call from dominos telling me that there was only one... driver, and that driver wouldn't arrive until after 3 pm, and did I want to wait or cancel. I cancelled the order (have to wait48 hours for refund) and resubmitted another online order at 2:50 pm. I used Tracker to keep track of my order, well, it took 45minutes to "quality check" my order. Food finally arrived around 4:30 pm. Food arrived cold and cheese was congealed, my cheesesticks were hard as a rock. To add insult to injury, driver hung up on me after I told him someone was downstairs to pick up theorder. I won't be pre-tipping anymore. Read more
Pizza was supposed to be ready by 4. Wasn?t even started until 4:15. Was shown as being done but was never brought out for... curbside pickup. Eventually went inside, pizza wasn?t even boxed. Just sitting there getting cold. The staff argued aboutboxing it for a bit then cut and boxed it up. I?ve never seen a pizza this uneven? one piece was so small it couldn?t even fita pepperoni. Oh, and it was missing two toppings. The garlic butter wasn?t spread on the crust, just in a single line. And Ihad included a tip when placing the order?. Never again. Read more
