Love their bagels. They are professional and courteous. And I always seem to buy two coffees just for me. Great Decaf.
A super sweet young woman gave me exceptional service! She even made sure my coffee was fresh as it was a very quiet night.... Place was clean & well organized & had a few sit-down small tables. However, if you don't know this spot, you're more likelythan not to miss the only one small entrance off the main road amidst a busy small strip not lit well for night time - bad onDunkin. It's nice when you order your coffee and they actually make it correctly. We ordered 2 munchkins for the little one , it was 8pm... so they only had glazed, but he threw in a little chocolate donut for free and it's the little things like that , that make thedifference. I come here almost daily... sometimes I'm in and out in 2 minutes with food and a drink and everything is perfect. Sometimes I'm... waiting upwards of 10 minutes for only a drink. Really hit or miss, especially in the morning. Quality is *generally* good, butwait time and organization needs work. Read more
This place now twice has been the worst experience I've had at a dunkin donuts. I will break it down into sections here. The... coffee, absolutely horrible. Extremely butter as it was either burnt or left out. Made completely incorrectly. My first icedcoffee was more milk than it was anything. Then I get another, they forgot the sugar all together and it was so bitter Icouldn't even enjoy it. The staff, these are some of the rudest people to have in an establishment as this. Not only do theytreat the customers bad but are horrible towards each other as coworkers. No wonder there are issues with the quality. Ireceived incorrect change both visits and the woman actually got mad at me. How does that work? And to top it all off the placeis filthy. There is chunks of food all over the floors. No one is out cleaning up tables or messes, the bathrooms were coveredin urine and we're not even usable. This place is ridiculous. Read more
Went in ordered my food. Service was fine but one of the workers was upset because someone stole their money from the tip jar. I... felt bad and replaced it, because they were really nice and from what they said it happens all the time. Its a shame. Read more
