Delicious food! I'd have given 5 stars but the onions set out for us to put on our food, while covered, had fruit flies in them... and smelled rancid. It appeared to be a fluke because everything else seemed clean and fresh, but it was still off-putting. Read more
I had high expectations for a good hotdog considering I have been to this location in the past but looks like the service has... deteriorated during COVID. The individual taking my order seemed unenthusiastic and difficult to hear yet was accurate with ourorder. My brother and I orders two chili cheese dogs as well as chili cheese fries. The food was as expected with the exceptionof the chili on the hot dogs and fries which was stone cold. Im obviously not expecting gourmet food but its not that much toask for warm/hot chili. We are in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic and a worker at this Poughkeepsie Galleria Nathan's insisted I bring back the bags... with our food to prove I was missing what I said. $45 for two sodas, a Gatorade, three burgers, two regular fries, and a frywith bacon and cheese. They shorted us a regular fry and the bacon cheese fries. When I approached them, they were very rude.They also accused me having another order. Another young mom was there missing part of her order as well. They made us both whatwe were missing, without apology. If I had the other woman's order, would they have me hand it over to her during a pandemicafter it was at my table? Very unprofessional and unsanitary. Read more

When you think of Nathan's, you think of hotdogs. But, they also do a really good burger and fries. Check it out. Their large... drink is kinda small by today's standards and they charge 50 cents a refill. Read more
They used to be wonderful, but since new management took over, it's become a drag. My friend and I got sick from their food as... well. I was shocked to see how small this particular Nathan's fries are, compared to other ones in the area. They are rude, anddiscourteous. I say, bring back the original management. Read more
I was happy to still find a Nathan's Location somewhere, especially after they have been ruined in NYC/Coney Island. The hot... dogs tasted like Nathan's dogs, and they had the right fries, but the fries were just not cooked well enough for that authenticNathan's taste. I hope that they can improve upon this and then it will be the full authentic Nathan's experience. Read more
