This is a complaint for the Panara on route 9 in Poughkeepsie. Normally I have no problem with this panara, but I was just there... with my family and when we got our food, my sons apple clearly had BITE MARKS all over it! My husband brought it up to themanager there, Bryan, who blew him off completely and just gave him another apple. No apology or anything. I was very upset bythis so I went up to speak to him and another manager who still blew me off. This is unacceptable. If he had just apologized inthe first place I would have let it go but the blatant disregard for health code is unbelievable. Check your food people!!!! Read more
Went here to get the pick two. Last time I got this it was 6.99 extra if you got half signature sandwich. Well it cost me 14.60... for sm soup and half frentagon chicken , which had hardly any chicken and tons of onions. I had to wait over 20 mins to get myorder to go and there was only 1 person in the building eating. I love you soup and sandwiches but almost $15for to what I gotwas ridiculous. Myself and our friends have been very fond of the place. We have been going to Panera for 20 years at least once or twice a... week. Someone gradually over the pst 2-3 yrs it’s quality has gone down and they are charging more. Coffee has been frequentlycold, bagels are smaller and not good. They are not able to make any improvements, seems like their top administration areunaware or ignoring. I have found lots of other people have similar feelings. Read more

Their French Onion Soup is to die for. Their fountain drinks are somewhat healthy ones. Their bread is so good.
Typical food for what you would expect from Panera. The restaurant is nicely laid out, and there is a fireplace, which is great... for Poughkeepsie in the colder months. But the last couple of times I’ve been in, the staff has not done the best job ofkeeping the restaurant clean and tidy. The service was very friendly and prompt. Read more
