The wings were dried out and over cooked and the manager refused to give me a new order or my money back. STAY AWAY!!!

The food tastes great most of the time, but it?s not consistent? sometimes cooked great ,sometimes over cooked or not enough... sauce . Also, they like to charge for extra blue cheese or ranch but don?t include it with your order( celery either, like heythat?s part of the whole wing experience!!) , has happened quite a few times already . I don?t take lightly to being stolenfrom! I love their wings and pizza, but honestly I am getting annoyed , especially with the price increase over these last fewyears. Like come on guys! Read more
I am NEVER ordering from Poughkeepsie planet wings again.. The prices are ridiculous, i10 piece combo $17.00 ... really and my... food was cold when delivered, along with a flat soda. Your food maybe be good but it ain't that good. Read more
Today February 7, 2021, is the super ball game my husband and I order out and call early at the Planet Wins located in Main St... Poughkeepsie NY. I wish I can give you 0 stars but you know how this works. We ordered early thinking the location was going tobusy with orders, we ordered $ 70.00 worth of food ( mild wings, honey wings, and Mozzarella cheese sticks). When my husband gothome with the order and we were going to try the food, it tastes old, super dry I call the store to tell them mydisappointment, they offer me more sauce to fix the problem and $10 and my next order which I Decline because I call to fix whatthey did wrong in the first-order not to give me a bandage for their mistake ( sorry no source would fix this) after I pay mymoney. I decided to write a review to help others to don?t make the same mistake we made. Now we have to make our homemadewings unless someone tells us about a good place where wings are NOT dry and taste old. Read more
I have been a loyal customer of planet wings for 7+ years. The old crew at the old spot Brandy, Robin etc...are the best!! The... new people they have working there are rude most times and lack any work/customer service skills. Just listening to them takingyour order is enough to want to hang up. They act like you are bothering them by calling. If I was the owner I would either bethere all the time or have a real customer service oriented manager around the cashiers to keep them up to par in providingexcellent service. Your wings may be good but nobody wants to spend 30/40 dollars and get a side of attitude and incompetence.Been there 3 timed this week cause my urge for wings was strong and ALL 3 times had my order messed up. Why bother asking thequestions if you're going to do and serve what you want? Unacceptable. Bunch of lazy, bad work ethic people working there. Toowner: love your product, establishment is nice but pleaseeeeeeee get better people or monitor them....train them ...then callto place an order incognito so you can see how they treat your customers. I called at 9:35. Was told ?we?re closed.? I said it?s not 10. Some huffing and puffing later they took my order and basically... said i have to be there in 10 minutes asking how fast would I even be able to get to the store. I get there leave a 5$ tip atthe counter when I STILL got there before 10. I genuinely think since i made an order at ?9:40? they threw in the smallest wingson planet earth that were honestly awfully cooked. I have been going here since you guys were at the old location by stop andshop. I won?t ever be returning and will suggest to anyone who is thinking of going to go elsewhere. Read more
I belong to a tailgating group of parents who order from Planet Wings in Poughkeepsie for after the home football game at Marist... College. At each home game we ordered 200 wings and sometimes chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks. The food quality wasoutstanding each time we ordered so I felt that their consistency was spot on. We always needed it delivered at a certain timeand the driver was courteous and never late. There were actually a few times where the driver set it right up in our Sternoracks while we were at the game and I would Venmo the owner the cost and the tip for the driver.
