Food was good, service was non existent. Waiter came around to ask how things were going, but didn't bring extra napkins asked... twice or more fries asked three times, refilled coffee as we were leaving guess there is that. Was giving them another chanceafter bad service about six months earlier. Still like the burgers but service is still terrible to be truthful. Read more

This restaurant is so different of course a lot has changed due to COVID-19. Inflation has hit this place but the service and... food quality does not match anymore. I remember when you didn't need to call the waiters/waitresses, when you would order freshfries and could feed them to a baby (they were soft enough in the past). You even had a complaint and they would make it rightthe next time for your satisfaction. This was my favorite place especially for my birthday I would travel hours to this locationit was always best out of NY and NJ. Order curbside pick up and I was super pleased with the food,service,and attentiveness to detail! The manager Chris double... checked that I wasn?t missing any drink orders as I had 3 kids meals and only one kids drink. 5 stars and highly recommend toeveryone. Great job Red Robin team! Read more

Food was served especially hot and refilled fried were hot. Had to ask twice for waters and wife had silverware taken away after... appetizer. Asked waitress for another set, but she never returned with it, so wife grabbed a set herself. Place is always clean.Service is hit or miss, regardless of how busy. Read more

It?s a chain restaurant, so don?t expect amazing food. We?ve visited this location periodically since we moved to Dutchess three... years ago because my son loves it. Most of the food is fine, it?s not my first choice of place togo for burgers, but it?sgenerally reasonably priced with rewards/coupons throughout the year. I had several reward coupons and my son was off of schooltoday, so he wanted to go for lunch. First, the kids meal used to be half-price on Wednesdays but now it requires a promo codeto redeem. Not a big deal since it?s not really that expensive anyway, just more of an annoyance. There were many signsthroughout the restaurant and we were also warned by the host that there are supply chain issues, so they were out of most itemsand they only had burgers and fries. I had a coupon for a free dessert which I planned to redeem today but they had no desserts.I had another coupon for a free appetizer so I asked the waiter and he said he ?thought they had pretzel bites and onion ringsand the coupon should apply to those,? so I decided to redeem my free birthday burger instead. Usually the food comes out prettyquickly but it took at least 20 to 25 minutes today (I took a picture of my son shortly after we ordered and the food did notcome out for over 20 minutes after I took the picture, which is how I could confirm). Additionally, when it came out, everythingwas lukewarm like it had been sitting. My burger was good although I wish they would cook to requested temps. Luckily we wereable to get drink and hot fry refills from the food runner. We were seated at a table without a working kiosk, which was anannoyance when we wanted the check. There was one waiter handling the entire restaurant and although he was mostly attentive, heseemed to lack any sense of urgency. We've been really disappointed at Red Robin as of late. We've stopped in from time to time over the years and used to absolutely... love it. But over the last 2 years every time we stop in, something isn't right, and it varies every time. A few times theburgers have been so greasy that the buns are soaked and literally dripping grease, another time we had a kids Mac and cheesecome out cold, another time the bun on a chicken sandwich had to have been grilled right where a burger had just come off ofbecause the bun tasted like burger, another time cold fries, another time no one ever came back to the table until we were doneand ready to pay so we all ran out of drinks. Most recently we had a piece of chicken that wasn't cooked all the way. I will saythat the manager we really attentive and quick to make it right when we had the issues with the partially uncooked chicken, butevery time we have been here over the last 2 years, something has been wrong, not a good track record and we won't be going backafter our most recent visit. So this was my first Red Robin experience! Absolutely delicious! But first the customer service, Felipe was a delight and just... engaging personality and recommendations to the menu. Great burgers, great fast service. Endless soda was great. Had the chili burger.. just the right level of middle spice for my... taste. Cooked correctly.
