This is the absolute worst place ever. The staff there is so very rude and unprofessional. We walked in and Andy and another... scrawny female staff member were in the front and totally acted like no one had entered the store. Another staff member Naveahcame from the back and offered to assist. I had to ask if they 2 other staff did not like or serve black people because of theretotal disregard when we walked in. I will never ever visit this location in Poughkeepsie next door to Jersey Mike again. UPDATE8/11/2022: You as the owner are the prime example of why your employees are the way they are. Andy kept his head down and didnot greet us when when walked in, and he sure didn?t say anything to us at the register. Smoothies are always delicious! Last time we were here they forgot the peanut butter in my partners smoothie, no issue they made... a new one. Staff are always friendly and it's always been pretty quick! Would recommend this location for sure :) Read more
My first visit here was very positive. I went through the drive through 30 minutes before closing and was greeted warmly. The... menu is extensive so it took me a few moments to choose my smoothie but the person who spoke to me was very patient and said toask if I had any questions. At the window, I was again greeted warmly with a smile from two different employees. And my smoothiewas ready within 2 or 3 minutes of ordering! Read more
