the board at the restaurant indicated that a meal came with chips. and we were not told other wise. after receiving the meal... there wasn?t any chips so we went up to the counter to ask and were told by Dhawal P that the board hasn?t been changed yet butthe meal no longer comes with chips. okay so we bought the chips and cheese separate. upon getting the chips back to the tablethey were dropped, i went back up and was told that it?s not his problem, i?m the one who took the chips away and dropped them.that it?s my fault. honestly very rude, unprofessional and dismissive. and you can see them on the floor fromt the restaurant. Absolutely terrible. I don?t usually go to taco bell because Mexican food is not my thing but I like the drinks. I went today... and asked for a specific frozen drink (I?m sorry I don?t remember the name) that was a combination of 2 flavors; strawberry andblue raspberry. They were out of the blue raspberry so then I asked for a frozen baja blast. The guy that was behind the counterwas like ?it?s in defrost mode? so then I ask for a regular baja blast and was told no. I went to get a number 6 but get gorditas instead of chalupas and got told no substitututions despite having gotten this... countless times before. I eat at this Taco Bell at least once a week since I work in the mall and never was treated the poorly. The woman was so rude about handling it asking me if this was her problem. Read more
Went to the mall today, and we wanted Taco Bell. At the register, there are hand written signs. We are out of taco salad and... double chalupas. We went there to get the Double Chalupa box that we saw on tv for $5. Even though it is advertised as $5, theyare charging $7.49. We ended up eating at another place in the food court. Read more
