I went to this TGIF for family dinner on Thanksgiving night and the waiter (I forget his name) was busy walking around serving... customers but he still showed a positive attitude with a smile on his face. The food is good but DO NOT order a pina colada,it's the worst drink we've ever had. The waiter came over and asked how the pina colada was and we said "Not good" and he tookit off the bills. :). We went during the afternoon of 11/18/2022 and we had the pleasure of being served by an amazing Waitress named Tiffany. So... caring and catered to my Mom’s every need and made her feel so comfortable even though she’s dealing with dementia and canbe quite hard to deal with at times. She answered any and every question that my Mom had and never made her feel as if she wasbeing a pest. Being her job may be hard she never gave a sign of struggle! Her professionalism and warm welcoming manner madeour lunch with Friday’s awesome and we haven’t stop speaking of her since we’ve let the establishment. The food was alsogreat and came right out on time. The service was A-1 and we will certainly share this encounter with others and also go backand enjoy the surroundings! I truly love this place. Again,Thank you Tiffany you are certainly the best and I couldn’t give ua big enough tip for the way u made my Mom smile..This place deserves 10+ stars!!! After a day of apple picking and hiking my family and I stopped in for a quick dinner at the Poughkeepsie location. We were a... table of 9. Our server Jared was beyond sweet, got every order correct, refilled drinks promptly and went above and beyond inservice. We were extremely pleased with his service. I am very upset with the service here as we were given a hard time about one of the members in our party having a guide dog. My... friends and I, one of whom has a guide dog, went here for dinner. When we entered the hostess attempted to seat us but wasinterrupted by another server who said she needed to speak to the manager before we could enter. The dog had her working harnesson and was it was visible during the whole interaction. We waited for a few minutes as they were discussing us close by--makingus uncomfortable. Eventually the server came back and even after we confirmed it was a guide dog she tried to seat us outsideand wouldn't let us be seated in the restaurant. After the sever walked away again to talk to the manager, we had had enough andleft. The way we were treated made the person with the guide dog extremely uncomfortable. I am incredibly disappointed with howthis establishment handled the situation. Read more
There were 5 of us and had to wait about 15 minutes at 6:30 on a Sunday night. We stayed for a couple of hours and went through... drinks, apps, main courses and desserts. Everything was fantastic. Read more
went this week, the pasta was rubbery like it was microwaved and there was a shrimp tail in my meal (did not have shrimp so i... dont know where that came from but thankfully im not allergic). brownie dessert was horrible too, brownie was half cold / rockhard and half lukewarm. very disappointed. at least the server was very kind Read more
I love TGIF Friday's but my experience at this one wasn't the best. I give them a pass because it was late. They did not... acknowledged us when we arrive and to very long to seat us. I would advise that you go at a suitable hour. To be acknowledgedand served and seated timely. Read more
Food is good. Drinks are awesome. I like going there but we had to wait for so long for a hostess to greet us (it was not busy... at all!). and not only for us. I saw other customers also stood in front waiting for so long. The most disappointed is lasttime they charged me more that how much I actually wrote down. I don't know about the other time I ate here but for the recenttime I checked and the amount is wrong! I know it's not that much but you can't do this. It's kinda like a scammer. I wrote itdown so clearly how much I tip, how much it would be in total. You can't be dishonest to your customers like this. Need a lot ofimprovement both waiters and hostess. Read more
