Food was absolutely Perfect! It filled me up Really fast! 1000/10 would visit again!!
I spoke with the manager because I had placed our order online and I was worried I wouldn't make it there in time. She assured... me my order would not be processed until I was there. Once there, (in the drive thru line because they didn't have enoughworkers show up allowing them to open the dining room), I zipped right through the line to the last window because I hadpre-ordered and paid for our order. Ordered a bourbon bacon burger and they gave me a regular burger with lettuce and tomatoes... top it off they gave me the burger... with 2 bottom buns. Absolute worst!! I live almost a half hr away and shouldn't have to go back there, wasting more gas for anerror so effectively so egregious as this... and forget about calling them to see if they would correct it because they won'tanswer. We just went to this location. The drive through was long and not moving so we decided to go inside. The wait was around 25... minutes just for them to mess up our order. 1st they only have us 1 meal and completely forgot we had a whole other meal. 2ndwhen we went back up to the counter I told them I was missing a spicy chicken sandwich and he completely gave me the WRONGsandwich after just telling them what I was missing. The ?manager? on duty helped us, and he was very polite. But I asked for a Single without tomato, and I got some kind of chicken... sandwich with a tomato on it. The service was extremely slow; the line for drive-thru was long and not moving. I heard them saythey got an order wrong in drive-thru. Please help this Wendy?s get back on track. This is the Rte. 9 Poughkeepsie location. Worked a double shift. Stopped an ordered at about 9:30pm. Simple order a salad,... fries, and baked potato. Got home to find that there were no fries. And the potato was wrong. Called to complain was told theywere aware of the missing fries. But they were currently closed. They told me I could come get them tomorrow. Didn't really saywhat they would do about the potato. I don't eat chilli so that is still sitting in my fridge. Don't have time to run back forthere mistake. Not to mention the price of gas. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Unless you want wrong food andpoor service. I can't give it a zero, so one star it is. That is way to generous. Read more

Quality and speed of service were fine. I ordered a vanilla.Frosty amd was told the.only flavors available were chocolate and... peppermint (???). No vanilla is unacceptable (that's a McDonald's stunt which is why I go to Wendy's). Hence thee 3 stars.Peppermint? Read more
