The soda spilled out in front of the door and the floor got wet, so I wanted to say wipe it, but this crazy employee says it's... my fault to get rid of it. I don't know what this crazy employee misunderstood. You should listen to what the customer istrying to say. Also It's not a good idea ask to customer 'why you throw away the cup?'. It seems good to give a new cup. Doesthe boss know an employee who shouts loudly at this process to a customer? If you have CCTV, check it out. Very rude and badattitudes place in Poway. Bought two sandwiches from this location for $6.69 each and got a sandwich with nothing but chicken and 3 pickles. No lettuce no... tomatoes as the picture showed. Total rip-off, never returning here. Read more
Actually like this location better than the one in Escondido. Burgers taste good, and everything is fast and fresh.

Don't eat at the Pomerado location (14949 Pomerado Rd, Poway, CA 92064). So it is 10:45 am and I am picking up breakfast for 8... people. As I start to order I am informed that they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30! So I ask why as you have always servedbreakfast until 11 am. His reply was, Well we are only serving breakfast until 10:30. Okay then! I wonder...does your managerknow you cut breakfast off early? Where is the consistency for breakfast cut off time? The lobby is closed and locked so I can'teven go pee and wash my hands before I order. I think they are lazy and don't want to clean the restrooms! If I could take a star away I would. In the pic you can see a horribly dry, cold, old burnt bun that was possibly stepped on, it... was deflated. The burger was cold and rubbery. Don't eat at the Pomerado location (14949 Pomerado Rd, Poway, CA 92064) drive afew miles to get a proper WBC 16685 Bernardo Center Dr, San Diego, CA 92128. I would have requested my money back if I waseating inside. My request for additional bbq sauce was not included. Read more
Burgers here taste great and the staff are usually fast and friendly. However the night shift can be a little rude.
A solid Carl's Jr but depending on who's cooking, the meat patties can come out perfect or subpar so just be ready for it.... Usually not a long wait. Read more
