I got Chick-fil-A to go at the Mission Valley location but by the time I picked up my dog from the groomer, my ice had... completely melted and my drink was completely full. I stopped by this location to see if I could get a fresh cup of iced tea.That would have been so nice and super hospitable. But apparently ?because Chick-fil-As are individually owned? Honestly this Chick-fil-A is my least favorite one to go to.. each time I get a salad it looks like they just threw it together... and some of the employees seem like they don?t want to be there and rarely ever say my pleasure. This location could use somemore work on their customer service skills . I?m always happy to see Tyler . He seems like the only happy person there. Read more
This is the second time I have gone thru the drive thru and left with missing items in my bag. Today was really frustrating,... training a person and line was sooooo slow. Spent 20 plus minutes in line, only to get back to my office with a stale lettucesalad and NO salad dressing in the bag. This is the LAST time I will go to the Poway Chick fil A, the service is horrible. Read more
Ok so chick fil a is pretty much always 5 stars for the great food. However my one gripe about this place is that I've... consistently heard managers berating or talking down to the employees while I am sitting at the window waiting for my food. Ithink the food is good and most of the staff I've dealt with are very nice However, CHICK FIL A was my first job and there was asimilar issue at that location with a couple overzealous managers really ruining the employees days and honestly just kind ofbeing mean. Then we had 2 or 3 amazing managers and the stores were always cleaner and the food moved quicker due to goodleadership. It's a matter of professionalism to not be rude to your employees or to discipline them in front of customers andtheir peers. Honestly it kind of upset me to hear that while I was waiting on my meal. Disappointed in management for that, it'susually been a female manager talking to younger female employees and I believe I've noticed her there in the mornings moreoften then the afternoons but I've noticed her behavior multiple times. I normally have a great experience at Chick-fil-A but. I ordered grilled chicken was given battered. I tried the battered and it... was greasy and dry on the inside . My husbands chicken sandwich was greasy as well. We both left the BG's aka Bubble guts! Read more
One of the newer Chick-fil-a in the the area. It has great food. Always have gotten my order right. Why 4 star? the standard it... not quite as good as other Chick-fil-A?s. The garbage in the dinning room is sometimes too full. Customers in the dinning roomare never asked if needed anything else or a refill. Others Chick-fil-A?s in the area will do fun events like have the cow outwaving, have father daughter dates night or offer promotions. Poway never seems to have any of these event or promotions. Thisis a great place to eat just lacking the small extras that makes Chick-fil-A so special. Read more
