Family style restaurant with an old country feel. Antique objects line this restaurant from floor to ceiling. You feel like... you?re taking a step back in time when dining here. This was my first time here and was blown away by their cheese burger. The meat was seasoned really well, and everything came... out perfect. Staff was friendly, and inside the restaurant was nice and clean. They didn?t have cherry coke on the menu andthey still made me one anyways. We love the Hamburger Factory. We've been going for years and years and it's never let us down. My son loves the hot dog, my... wife the burgers and I love the Tuna Meltdown. The staff is always friendly and competent. It's fun to sit inside or out. Great family environment and it's right in old Poway Park so the kids can run it off after you eat. Plenty of parking, rightoff Midland, it's a go to!!! Read more

What a great place!!! I know these times are hard for restaurants but they did an amazing job! Seemed like there were only 2-3... front of house staff plus the kitchen. We did have to wait several minutes to be greeted then sat, however they did have a signthat all do saying there may be a wait and they?d be with us as soon as possible. Once we were sat, the menu is huge andeverything sounds so good it was about impossible to choose! Our server, Dago, was amazing. So friendly and quick, didn?t seemfrazzled nor did he rush us even though I think he was the only server, and was busy. Took the time to talk to us and get uswhat we needed. We all loved our dishes and tried a bite of each other?s. So good! This place took me back! Everything felt so western with such great Decor that reminded me of classic saloon style restaurant.... Greeted at the door and seating promptly by the lovely staff. Drink order was quick and the rest is just history! Amazing menuwith kid friendly selections, my niece loved her burger and she's definitely picky. Budget friendly place too, so if your justaround the corner watching family play softball at Aubrey Park like we were, drop in support them, best burgers in town...Greatjob can't wait to be back for a burger...and softball! Always a pleasure to eat here. Staff is fun and friendly. The atmosphere is so great. So much to see. They even have an animated... Buffalo head! Just like Disneyland used to?? It could only improve, if it was closer to my home. Great place to take thefamily. We have had birthdays, as well as retirement parties, and post funeral, memorials here. Wonderful comfort food!
