Had a bit of dodgy service tonight. We order takeout from here semi-frequently and ate out here once last year, but tonight when... we went in the waiter at first didn't seem to understand what drinks we wanted to order. Then they gave us the wrong order andwe had three plates that weren't ours sitting on the table for several minutes before they realized their mistake and put themback on the robot waiter thing. I didn't see what happened to the dishes but I hope they didn't give those ones to the propertable and instead made new dishes. We waited a while for the drinks but they didn't come and we had to ask for them. Then whenthey did, they gave my sister Sprite instead of lemonade. Turns out the waiter wrote down "Sprite" for her and didn't hear ussay lemonade. The food is good but I'll think twice about dining in here next time. Read more
Stopped because I saw several locations while visiting the area. Figured if they have more than one restaurant, they must be... good. I was right. Food was excellent and super fresh. Lettuce and tomato?s in the chicken salad tasted as if they had just beenpicked from the field. Sauces with the salad and grilled pork were super tasty. I will return! Read more
This place has become one of my families favorite places to go eat with my family here in poway for there delicious food and... great service as well. My kids love this place so much and can't get enough of it. The only upside down place about this placeare the bathrooms but the service is fantastic. Read more
The ambience and decor were beautiful if you appreciate little details. We were seated immediately and service was excellent.... Food is good, average I would say. The robotic server was super cool and was the highlight of our dinner. Nice location withample parking. Read more
Great food, pho ga (chicken noodle soup) is my favorite along with egg rolls, very fast, clean and good service. Plenty of... seating with a huge fresh water aquarium in dinning area. I like to eat in but take out is super easy as well. Read more
So glad they opened the Poway location! Consistently good food, amazing pho and the servers are always friendly and really quick... to bring our meals out. No matter what we order we start with lemongrass beef rolls, they are a must! The wings we tried (salt npepper and garlic) were also a delight. The parking lot seems a little small here, but so far we haven't had a problem findingparking. Wheelchair accesible entrance. Read more
