Normally would give five stars to the big coffee shop, however this particular visit i ordered a mocha frap blended no cream... added shot in drive-thru picked up order i was given hot frap. Waited in parking lot for them to fix was given ice mocha frapthird try about 20min later yay I got what I ordered. I understand there's a work force shortage so not going to ding them fortwo times prior closed. Come on people for $25.00 hour starting wage i expect service and my order to be right. Read more
