First time ate here .The pizza was so good. The right amount of ingredients on it. Hot Hot in temperature. Go to this other... Domino's Pizza like West Connector and Mableton area are not good. After this two Domino's Pizza. Bad experience I Didn't goback to them. I decide not to eat it any of them anymore. This was the worst of the worst experience I've ever encountered with food delivery. I placed my order at 7:10 and it was still... prepping at 8:08. I then called, was on hold for 5 minutes to get a call (while on hold) to ask if I could pick up my order. Iwent to the store (full of waiting people) and asked for my order...and it wasn't even prepped! Asked for a refund and couldn'tget a receipt because the printer wasn't working. They cancelled the delivery only but I didn't get my refund. This is verydisappointing and will be contacting the manager tomorrow...if he's in because the crew said he's unpredictable. What kind of establishment does not have delivery drivers & allows you to place the order online for delivery charge your card... them make u wait on a refund even tho they are the reason the order is canceled. Placing the order was fine, the lady was sweet and pleasant. When I got there to pick the order up, they told me that they... didn?t have all the toppings requested by me so they just made the pizzas with the toppings they had. Done with dominos. I wish I could rate it negative 0. Worst customer service ever, Rude, Nobody knows what's going on. Where's... management? Placed my order, paid for it, they sent me a confirmation on line for delivery, this was 10:45, I get a call 5 minslater saying they have no drivers, don't have time to prepare my order for pickup by 11:00 and are canceling it. They need to get their on line app together with the store. I had a 50.00 order. The guy that called when I asked what time they close he hadto holler and ask a girl there. Not quite sure what's going on with this location but we've been having problems for the past year with their pizzas not being... delivered. We would place orders and wouldn't find out till almost an hour and a 1/2 later that they don't have a Deliverydriver. And today was the last straw. I called in to check on the status of my pizza because the pizza tracker was not working..The customer service who answered the phone said it's on its way I said do you need my name so you can see what pizza I'mcalling about, she says no it's no it's on its way and I said I didn't order delivery we are picking it up and then she justsays 9 minutes with an attitude.
