Was searching for some Caribbean food after a bike ride. I ordered the Veggie Stir Fry which came with Rice and Peas and... Plantains. The stir fry was in a very tasty brown gravy and included cabbage, broccoli, peppers, and carrots. Perfectly fried. The rice and peas was moist. I hate dry rice and peas. I also ordered the Pineapple Ginger drink. It was delicious. Theamount of ginger added to give it a kick was on point. Everything was great!!! I'll be back. Let me just say I?m a stiffler with Jamaican foods????????. Mi know how fi cook. First time trying this restaurant via Ubereats.... Perfection, the taste, the seasoning etc. I do not give out 5 stars easily. Thanks for the presentation with my delivery order.The staff very polite when I called to checked on the order. Had been craving oxtails and was excited to see Powder Springs has a Caribbean restaurant. Ordered Oxtails, cabbage medley w/... Mac&cheese. The oxtails are tender, juicy and flavorful. The cabbage has the perfect little crunch seasons. The mac&cheese isdifferent from what I?m used to but I?m not mad at that! Food was amazing!!!!! I?m from New York and was passing by after another restaurant was closed nearby and saw Ackee and Saltfish... in the menu and was happy. It was hot and fresh! We were driving through Sandy Springs to look at an event space when we passed Judy?s. I?m nearly 7 months pregnant and needed a... little pick me up. We only ordered sides but will certainly try one of their entrees next time we visit. The cashier wasextremely friendly and explained how they season and cook their dishes to order. The cabbage and green beans were delicious! Themac and cheese was good - could have used a tad of salt but it was wasn?t dry like most places offering it. We will certainly beback! Read more
I stopped by Saturday around noon,doentown Powder springs and picked up some curry chicken ,rice and peas and plantain. It came... out steaming hot, friendly service, super clean place, 100/A Quality rating, and seemed like everyone passed their SERVESAFEfood class. Food was Seasoned very good,(i like my curry spicy though but this had some heat), Those plantains were cookedPERFECTLY. cute decor inside and they even offer curbside pickup. I'll be back! Read more
