I picked up an Uber order at this location. There was a girl there that seemed like she was the shift manager loud and rude. I... witnessed one of the boys working up front hit the girl next to him not sure exactly what she did to get hit in the arm. Myorder was ready but just sat there while the customers waiting in the lobby with me were ignored but all hands on deck for thedrive thru orders. When I was finally able to get the attention of someone to hand me my order he handed me all the drinks in abag. Lucky I checked before I left. I had to go back and get the other part of my order at that point those who were working inthe front vanished to the back of the kitchen. When got the attention of another worker who was one of maybe five including theshift supervisor trying to figure out what customer got a chicken sandwich I asked her if she could hand me the rest of myorder. She did but then got yelled at by the shift supervisor and told to get on fry duty. The girl seemed frustrated. Theylooked properly staffed but lacked structure, team work, and organization. Once a week we buy 12 plus breakfast sandwiches. The staff is always friendly and have no issues with my order. It help shorten... cooking time , warm up sandwiches and go. Read more
I really don?t like to leave negative reviews and this is probably the second time I have ever done so. Not only do they NEVER... have anything while also being super slow, one of employees started accusing my mom of not speaking English and YELLING at mymother because of it. I know it may be hard for some people to understand but people can be fluent in more than one language. Iknow it?s even harder to comprehend that fact when you yourself probably can barely speak English properly. Anyways the racismwas more than enough to make me leave a bad review. If the customer service is bad I simply don?t go back but being oh soignorant and racist to my mom is going too far. Glad the McDonald?s where I live at aren?t as ignorant as this one. Read more
This is one of the most terribly managed places in the area. Management and employees should be replaced. Do not even think of... going here if there are any cars at all in the drive thru, because you will be here 30 minutes at least. And you think with thatmuch time, the food would be hot at least. But no. They manage to not only be horribly slow, but serve it poorly at the sametime. Read more
08/07/2022 Sunday 10:44a:Terrible customer service, wished I could give a 0? ordered curb side pick up this morning, manager... rudely told us we had to come inside for our order over the phone?if that?s the case take out curbside pick up as an optioninstead of having customers wait 35mins then calling in to be told to come inside and still didn?t get my order correct!! Hestated they were under staffed, well if having 6-7 men + 1 women in the building is under staffed what?s a full staff looklike. Lord helps us all cause this McDonald?s has gone to the pits. If I could give this place less than 1 star I swear I would!! I had 2 call because I waited for so long then when the guy came... out he brought someone else's food out that arrived maybe 10 minutes AFTER me. He then asked me for my specific order in which Irepeated and he went back inside 2 make. I ordered at 10:12 and received our 2 items 1 coffee and 1 sweet tea almost 30 minuteslater. Read more
First off the line was wrapped around the building for no reason not taking orders on either side. Then I get to the window ms... girl with the brown curly hair to busy talking to her friend I can?t repeat to her my order she?s trying to talk over me just soshe can start talking back to him. I was telling her I had a sweet tea with my order she says ?I know I?m just reading part ofyour order?. I get to the last window only to find out they never put a drink on my order!! Stop hiring folks who can?t do theirjob simple. Then the manager had a attitude I didn?t fill that application out you did they all need a reality check on customerservice. I order a caramel iced coffee, tasted like plain coffee no caramel in the cup. Flamboyant manager wanted to argue instead of... just refunding my money like I asked for.. Never again will I patronize this McDonald's.. do yourself a favor and drove 5minutes to the next one! Read more
