I get pizza from this location about 2-3 times per month, usually it's pretty consistent quality, only minor mess ups or... variations. This last order a few days ago was horrid. The pizza seemed to have almost no cheese on them, even though I paidfor extra on at least one. The ingredients overall were quite sparse and I don't really feel like I got $50 of food like Inormally do. On top of that the service has been getting incredibly slow, with people milling about and only a single registerin use even when the front of the store is packed. Last time quality went down hill like this, I stopped using PJ for 2 years. I'll give them one more shot in a week or two and see if dominoes or pizza hit might start getting my business again. They prepared my order perfect!! No burnt pizza. . as it should be

The ONLY reason I even ordered a pizza from here is because it was pizza night at kids' school and the school got a donation... from the proceeds or something and my kids begged to support the school. I ordered online around 6:15 and he got there around6:30. They claimed they couldn't find my online order (and some more online orders). My husband showed them the orderconfirmation. They said they would make the pizza but I don't know if they forgot or gave it away. He literally waited until7:50 to get a pizza. There is no way I would have waited but he said he only waited because I already paid online. I would havegotten the money back later or just said forget the money but he didn't realize that. There is NO reason a pizza should havetaken over an hour and half. It was ONE pizza with ONE topping! This is definitely my first and last time supporting thisbusiness. Read more

The whole reason I ordered was for the spicy garlic sauce and it didn?t come with my food. The cinnamon pull aparts were over... cooked and dry. The pizza was cold and i asked the food to be placed on the hood of my car but it was put on the ground? withoutanything separating the pizza box from the ground as advertised on the website. Ordered the phillycheese pappadia...third time and this one was over cooked and dry. Game day snack ruined. Called the manager... to inform him of the mishap. Instead of being apologetic and accepting the fact that a customer was unhappy. He chose toquestion me IF I had ever eat them before. I order from this Papa Johns all the time and besides the frequent order issues in which they either messed up the toppings or... cut style, this Papajohns did a decent job up until I found a fly baked into my pizza. Luckily the fly was discovered justbefore the next bite in the middle of the pizza under the cheese. I was compensated with a new pizza & a free side, but a flybeing baked into my pizza is inexcusable and disgusting. Read more
