Let me start by saying we have been going to this pizza hut location since I was a little girl and we always ordered from here.... My mom lives with me and I had to convivence her that we will not be ordering here anymore as they have gone completely downhill. We haven't had pizza in a while so I ordered from here because my mom didn't want Dominos...Huge mistake we will be goingthere from now on. I go to pick up our food and half the employees are in the back along with the manager and the girl who gaveme my food was clearly high because she kept staring at me like a lost puppy. Get home with our food and the cheese was not halfcooked and the dough tasted horrible. To be honest, we never had bad food from here before until recently and now its just tothe point I will never order from here again its gotten too ghetto and terrible. Read more
Very poor excuse for a pizza. Ordered two large. One pepperoni and one ham/ pineapple. The pepperoni barely had pepperoni. Both... pizzas were over half crust (meaning the back part made up most of the pizza) with little sauce and cheese. Far cry from howgood pizza used to be in the 90s. I?ve had better pizza made in grocery stores/ the frozen food section. Never again! The onlything good/ worth the money was the brownie and Brisk Tea. Total WASTE of $52. I would give ZERO stars is applicable. They take a very long time to make food, even on slow nights. It's almost always made... incorrectly and nearly cool to the touch. Employees seem not to care about customer service, and also lack a professional workattitude. They were cursing and yelling at each other, and two employees were outside smoking while the front area was full ofpartons waiting for orders that were very overdue. It also smelled very strongly of marijuana outside of the entrance to thestore where the employees were smoking. Truly disgusting, it is clear that this Pizza Hut's days are numbered here, they will beclosing within the year by the appearance of the place. What a disaster. Read more
Man this was the longest wait for Pizza ever! 45 mins turned into 2 hours. My wife called to check and the lady who answered the... phone said ?this was normal?. I cant wait to call Papa John?s, Domino?s, Marcos? etc I?ll make Digiorno before I EVER call thisPizza Hut again. Food was COLD & DRY when it was finally dropped off. Read more
I place my order for a big box dinner they told me my wait time will be 40-45 minutes. When I arrived they told me it wasn?t... ready they had to make it over again. They when I got home with my purchase it looked horrible and tasted horrible. The cheesewas not melted and the wings tasted old and hard. This has been my worst experience I wasted money on horrible food that myfamily couldn?t eat. And when I called back nobody answered it wasn?t like they was busy. Read more
Try a lemon pepper/blue cheese wing combo, or try replacing the traditional pizza sauce with buffalo medium sauce, both are... delicious combos. Read more
Ordered online. Food delivered finally though not till over an hour after delivery time and I had driven to the location to try... and pick it up. With thephone number and order number they could not find the order for an excessive amount of time. Couldn'trefund in the store. Have to dispute the charge. Do not recommend. Read more
