There have been issues in the past and he said he was aware of them and working to change them. I can completely understand the... difficulties of finding good staff these days. My last experience was good and I'm willing to give Aaron the benefit of thedoubt. Read more

This store has the worst shift manager that works in the afternoons, my self and another customer heard when this lady, talk... negatively and just plain rude to the 2 employee that were in the store. She probably taught that there was no morecustomers. The other customer that was there ask her for the name and she refuse and responded that she was the (Shiftmanager) Abad manager can make a job miserable,unberable and negative that's why people quit. This was my first and last time at this Subway! Went in to order to go , it was 1 guy working and he was very rude ! I ordered... a steak and cheese footlong, it didn't have any meat on it and the bread was not Fresh ? He measured 2 small cups of meat? I think that's ridiculous for a footlong . Subway should go out of business selling nasty food , and it doesn't helpwith an employee with a bad attitude! If I could give a 0 rating thats what it should be ! And employee wasn't wearing a mask I guess COVID is gone ? Read more

I ordered online. My order was supposed to be done at 7:00. I came in at 7 to find my Oder hadn?t been started. I then waited in... my car for 15 minutes and returned to find my order had still not started, but now the staff was ignoring me. I had to get inline and wait, and even then the staff STILL ignored me and even skipped me. Luckily the man behind me told them I was next? andTHEN they served me. I left angry at 7:45(didn?t get everything i payed extra for)UNACCEPTABLE!! Read more

The service by the owner was below par. His attitude was awful. He was not pleasant to speak with at all. There was never an... apology... just excuses for my inconvenience. Bread was stale and food was not tasty. Customer service truly needs to betaught. Will not return... honestly... don't think I'll do subway again. This incident confirmed it. Read more
