I know another 1 star review will pretty much go unnoticed here, which is not surprising. It takes A LOT for me to take food... back. This Taco Bell has messed up my orders many times, I'll stay away for a few weeks, and give them a try again. I usuallyjust say oh well when I get home and eat what I'm given, and they've never heard a complaint from me before. A lot of placesmake mistakes, that happens. Missing items, wrong items, I've been there, I understand. Tonight I went through their drive thruand paid $9 for a Crunch Wrap Combo. When I got home and opened the wrap, it was extremely light and thin. So I opened it up. Itlooks like they took a quarter scoop of meat and spread it kind of around the edge, and then put a tiny bit of the veggies inthe middle on the open side. It was missing 90% of everything but the tortillas. $9 for what amounts to two tortillas with alittle liquid cheese, plus a $1 side taco that I did not even open after seeing the Crunch Wrap. They made this knowing it wasgoing to somebody for their dinner. Congratulations. I think I'm done with Taco Bell altogether after today. I took it back andgot my money back. Not going to give them a chance to remake it and possibly do something to my food. I went across the streetto McDonald's and was given what I asked and paid for. Read more
Me and My sister here Saturday. The cash wasn't friendly at all. We ate in the inside. No one friendly but the young white guy... who fix our food. Got really to go the young lady said have nice day. All that time was in there No hello at all. Waiting to weget ready to go. Bad customer service. Got home the food run me and her off. Our stomach was hurting so bad. All I asked for is hot and mild sauce? simple?didn?t get any ! What is the point ?? My crunch wrap was not crunchy and had... minimal toppings ? very disappointing! People were nice, but food had nothing for meat and fillings. Use to get a fat soft taco Supreme for .89 now over $2 and... nothing in it. My burrito, and taco was like eating a flavored shell due to no meat and fillings inside more tortilla or shellthan anything. Major rip off Read more
We ordered Taco Bell tonight through Uber Eats...there was an issue with literally every item purchased. Multiple items were... missing, and the ones that did arrive were cooked incorrectly. I'm not trying to hold late-night Taco Bell to any kind of highstandard, but I expect to receive what was payed for. This delivery was such a joke. Read more
Sometimes it's perfect, sometimes it's bad. Recently I went through the drive through and ordered a few tacos, a quesadilla, and... a bean burrito. Checked my bag and there was no burrito. I waited by the window and when the worker came back around, they saidthey were out of beans. Then why not just say that when I ordered in the drivethru? They still charged me for it. Finally theymade me a burrito sub black beans which was fine, but just tell me if you're out of something, rather than charging me and justhoping i pay and drive off without it! Read more
Extremely long wait to open my food and find hair in it. Quesadilla barely had any meat. I guess everyone is cutting back.????... just charge me extra and give me my full CLEAN portion of food. Read more
