The slowest place ever. I placed an online order for breakfast/[[* me 1p minutes to get there and still waited another 15. It... was just a sandwhich and French toast sticks... Other orders are coming out. I axk the lady for a refund she days they burn theFrench toast sticks and I'm late for I have to be. The service is bad and there is a wait time for everything. Once you pay at the window your asked to park and wait. The wait... time can very from 5 mins to 20 mins with at least 5 vehicle waiting For pick up. The individuals working are in no hurry tohelp or bring out food. The last couple of times I have stopped here they forgot what I ordered and had to ask or brought me thewrong order. I will not be stopping here again. Terrible service every time and there's always unavailable menu items. Today staff was arguing at the drive through window about... whose food was ready with multiple cars parked to the side waiting. After 45 minutes and two wrong orders brought to the car,had to leave without food. Read more
One of the most inconsistent restaurants around here. Their drive thru menu is out of date with sandwiches on the menu they... don't even have anymore. they were out of all fountain drinks with only tea and lemonade. The two stars is because the sandwichwas at least as it should be. If basic things like removing outdated menus isn't being kept up with I don't even want to knowwhat else they aren't keeping up with. Honestly just go to the Mcdonalds down the road, they have longer lines but they can atleast stand on their own 2 feet. Read more
The sorriest Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. First they were out of crispy chicken which I thought was ok but then I was told that... they had no frosties and only had lemonade and sweet tea to drink. The young man that took my order talked to me like I was hishomie at school, the woman at the pay window woman acted like she was scared and talked at a really low tone. My lemonade tastedweird and was warm almost hot actually and my food was cold. I wish I would of canceled my order and went somewhere else whenthey didn?t have what I want. I don?t know how this Wendy?s has a whopping 3 stars when the drive thru and the service is barely 1 star. They can?t get your... order right after being told to wait more than 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker and you?re the only car in the drive thru.There?s workers taking smoke breaks in groups by the back door or the dumpster. You?re much better off going to the Dairy Queenat-least your service that you receive will be above and beyond and their machines aren?t broken because they?re too lazy torefill them when they?re out of something.
