Every single time I go to the Zaxby's in Powder Springs at night they get something simple wrong on my order. It never fails.... They are extremely slow and the customer service is awful too. I guess you have to go inside of you actually want what youordered but if the dining room is closed and you have use the drive-thru there's honestly no telling what you might get AFTERwaiting 20 minutes in line. It is, by far, the WORST Zaxby's I've ever been to. The managers and owner should be ashamed of howbad it is. Read more

The quality of food is terrible, kids working there, messing up orders, not paying attention, on personal phones. I ordered a... house fried salad about 5 months ago, and no chicken was in the salad. Placed a to go order. Had a long wait. The dining room was dirty. Tables needed to be cleaned and floor needed sweeping. Food... was good. I was at this place about 3 months ago and it was fantastic! Not what I expected this time. Somewhat disappointed. Read more

Cobb salad was a total mess! I had no chicken just crumbs. I had no bacon and the toast was Awful. Do better! I need and should... be compensated. I went to the zaxbys on powder springs, I am severely disappointed. The food was cold and soggy even though there was no line so... the food should have been fresh. The sandwich and fries I bought had absolutely no seasoning. NOT EVEN SALT!!! The cheese on mysandwich was sliced cheese and was completely cold not melted at all. I paid 20$ for this gross food. The best part of theentire meal was the water that came with it. But even though I bought the meal I was given the smallest size water. They did saythey would give me a refund if I brought the food back. Unfortunately I have type 1 diabetes and had already taken insulin so Ihad no choice but to eat this crumby food. I've always been happy with zaxbys but this specific one has done me wrong twice no.Moral of the story is I'll never be going to zaxbys again. Read more

Very good service here , I wish I would have got the name of the young girl working out front. She was all over the place... ,cleaning, making tea, filling the condiments &straws. She needs a pay raise, it's not often that you see this in fast foodrestaurants. The food was very good my favorite was the kickin chicken. My grandson loves this place. Read more
