Staff are friendly and patient, helpful with questions and getting food you want. Papa John's has good deals, great coupons. 2nd... in best for cheese sticks but the price can't be topped. Clean place makes you want to order here! I promise, you realize howother places aren't cleaning.. I hadn't ordered a pizza from Papa John's for over two years due to terrible service. Decided to give them a try. Ordered a... large pizza on the internet, received text it was ready, drove to the drive up window. Was ignored for the first few minutes,eventually a young person came to the window. After looking for my pizza, told me it was coming out of the oven now, yet I had atext it was ready?? I ask if they had put garlic butter in the box, they said yes, and I drove home. No garlic butter!! Calledthem, they told me I could drive back and they would give me two garlic butters at no charge!! I see nothing has changed,terrible customer service, mediocre food, stay away! Sat at the drive through and waited approximately an hour after receiving a text that our online order was ready. The issue at... hand is that no one wanted to acknowledge us at the window. We were practically ignored. When a worker finally came to thewindow and asked our name we were told the pizza just went in the oven after we received a text that our order was ready.
