This location is usually ?okay? but on this particular visit, the service was mediocre at best and to make matters even worse,... there was a horrible disagreement with the staff. Got a Dave?s double meal, the top patty was ice cold and raw in the middle, bottom patty was cooked through, fries were cold and... soggy. They should probably pay attention to the grill instead of chit chatting at the window. That?s an easy way to getsomeone sick from raw meat. Read more
I really think some of these bad reviews are for a different location. The Wendy?s on Hwy 153 is the best! I go at least once a... week for salads and chili and I?ve lived over here for almost 5 years. There was a girl that worked there for a short period whowas a bit rude but she didn?t work there long. A lot of the staff have been there for a while and are always sweet. We bring ourdog and the staff love seeing him through the window. They are always professional when we go. Several say God bless which meansa lot to me. I just really want to thank everyone that works here for a job well done. Keep up the good work! Read more

Did a pickup order, it was ready, hot, fresh and on time. However, we ended up having to go inside twice after realizing we were... missing food. Quickly fixed by the employees and apologetic. I'm glad we checked before we left as we live about 15 mins fromthe location. Read more
Food was delicious. They could have gotten five stars, but when several employees look at a customer without one person saying... hello, or someone will be right with you or some kind of greeting you lose points. The strawberry frosty is delicious. Thecrispy chicken was fresh and juicy. The baconator seemed smaller then I remember, but it has been awhile. ROBERT was helpfulwith using the coupons and was friendly when he was taking our order. He even offered to make us fresh fries after we advisedthey were too dark. On December 2, 2022, I ordered a #1 double meal large for myself and I had to wait for a very long time! When I looked at the... window I only see an employee by the name of "Jose" that was there by himself doing a thousand things at once! Whoever themanager was clearly doesn't know what they were doing... Leaving one person there to do half of the people's jobs. He claims hewas not stressed out, but left no room for truth! Honestly I'd have hoped the best for the employee that worked there. He didhis best and was trying to move as fast as he can while there were cars after me.
