I always ask for extra steak I don?t care if I have to pay extra money but they don?t put nothing on my bowl they put like a... spoon of steak when I?m paying more than $4 for extra steak I told him the boy who was there and he he said that is extra steakone spoon of steak. I paid $24 for 2 bowls that had half the bowl full, and had almost nothing correct that I ordered. Terrible and unacceptable

In every way you can possibly think of it, managers, employees and not the way it should. They hire people don?t have no... knowledge of customer service or when it comes to food, they don?t put enough portions or anything for the money they charge,Make matter worse they are rude. Read more

We tried the new garlic guajillo steak. We found it to be tuff, fatty and chewy. It was definitely not worth the price. There... was little garlic taste if any! We will never order this item again. We probably won?t go back for a while. Read more

Just the worst run Chipotle in Columbus. This location frequently runs out of key ingredients like cilantro and fajita. How is... that possible? I can get all the ingredients at Kroger a 1/4 mile away and chipotle is out? They run out of tomatoes and beans.Come on. They also constantly try to give small portions, like really small. So small that I have to pipe up and tell them?more? otherwise I?d be walking out with literally half a bowl. Find another Chipotle. I promise the extra mile will save you aton of frustration. This is the absolute worst Chipotle's around. Ordering online and picking up? Be prepared to wait at least >15 minutes extra... because they are never on time with pickup orders. Ordering via delivery? Be prepared for MUCH less food than if you ordered instore. Ordering in store? Be prepared for terrible quality. Just went yesterday and the chips were stale AND they were out offajitas. I was told it would be 20 minutes until they had more. Read more

This store was once my favorite Chipotle in the area. And there are A LOT to choose from around here. At its peak it had... friendly crew that greeted you on entry, was well run, sparkling clean, and served amazing food. The food is still ok buteverything else has dropped to fairly low standards. A few days ago I noticed it was closed for business and I assumed(incorrectly) that they might have been deep cleaning. Sadly this was not the case. I am not certain how anyone that works herecan step into the dining room and not notice how disgusting the floor looks. And that is how it has been for months. Read more

I suggest you go to the one on Rt23; this Powell location has issues often. The number of problems today was outstanding. I... generally avoid this location, despite its close proximity, because of past issues. Today was a fundraiser for the school, soi had to order at this location, if any. (1) I ordered online for 6:50p pickup, but it was not ready until 7:15p. (2) While Iand 7 others waited for our orders to be created, many people walked in for immediate service, bypassing those who orderedahead. (3) When I asked if my ticket could be walked over to the line to be created, i was informed that my idea may cause adelay to the people who walk in, as if 7 people standing off to the side were not already delayed (4) There were times when zeropeople were in the store line, but the line-staff still did not help the online staff with our orders. (5) in store was out ofFajitas(!), lettuce, and guac ... somehow there was a stack of 30 fajitas for the online group (6) when i got my food home, mybag of chips had a total of seventeen chips; about 1" of chips in the bottom of a huge bag. Those who order online, expect thetime-of-service commitment to be met. I understand that sometimes that does not occur, but to miss order commitments at thesame time as serving walk-in with zero wait is disrepectful and an awful way to run a business. Read more
